Smi:re Stay Oshiage

We were so close to Sky Tree, which made it very convenient for shopping, restaurants and train access. Check in and check out was super easy. The hosts communicated well. I also needed a very last minute late check out which they accommodated for a small fee. I was so grateful. I loved the chordless iron! The premises itself is fit for purpose, and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Drying washing took some creativity…but with four adults we kept on top of it.

Almost same as when we stayed 6 years ago, not as new and no staff to attend to your immediate needs, only self checking and out, very near skytree town mall and very accessible to anywhere in Tokyo, a short 3 mins to subway entrance

Nous étions 2 adultes et 3 adolescents: ils avaient leur chambre et nous celle avec de quoi cuisiner et manger. Parfaitement équipés en termes de literie (confortable) incluant des pyjamas en nid d’abeille très appréciés par tous et de linge de bain. Très propre. Très proche du métro (prendre sorite B2). Nous recommandons chaudement

Tight quarters but smartly arranged, good amenities. Really enjoyed a three-night stay here.

Tucked away in a quiet area but very short walk to shops, food, subway and konbini.

Overall the stay is good for its location, walkable to Tokyo Skytree and Oshiage skytree station. But the walkway is pretty squeezy, and we didnt had space to put our luggages, so mine was in the walkway, my bro one was in the room (with kitchen). Have a suggestion to install handrail for the shower area, would be good to hold onto something as we climb out of the bathtub. But overall i had a good sleep, aircon and heater works well too. Thank you!

しかし、ふとんが薄くて夜は本当に寒かったです。掛け布団の用意があればと思いました

합리적 가격에 숙박만 이용하고자 하시는 분들에게 추천합니다. 전철역에서 그리 멀지 않아서, 나름 괜찮았습니다.

This was the second time staying at this property! Always a great stay!

Location is great near the Tokyo Skytree/Solamachi and the train station. The host is friendly and can speak English. There is a small elevator to get to the upper floors. The rooms are somewhat small especially maneuvering with large luggage for five adults but manageable. There is only one bathroom but the toilet is separate and there is an extra sink in the kitchen area. With five adults, we made it work so we did not mind. We enjoyed the dining area and lightly used the kitchen for the six nights we stayed. The table comfortably seated all five of us and the kitchen included all of the necessary equipment such as microwave, stove, pans, mini fridge and eating utensils. AC works great and beds are comfortable as well. There is a washer/dryer in unit but the dryer is not powerful enough to dry a load of clothes. We ended up hanging our clothes after washing. Great positive experience.

Location is great, very accessible to train station. Quiet neighbourhood but everything you need is available. Room is well equipped and clean.

: 오시아게역은 나리타 공항에서 스카이액세스타면 한방에 오는곳입니다. 그리고 숙소는 오시아게역 B2출구에서 1~2분이면 가능합니다. 그리고 그 1~2분 거리 선상에 패밀리마트가 있어 좋습니다. 숙소 근처에 패밀리마트, 세븐일레븐 2곳, 로손스토어 100이 있습니다. 소라마치상가 근처에는 대형 LIVE 슈퍼마켓이 있습니다.
숙소에서 스카이트리, 소라마치상가는 도보로 5~8분이면 도착합니다. 오시아게역 기준으로 볼때는 숙소의 위치는 매우 훌륭합니다. 다만 숙소 위치가 동부쪽에 있어 서쪽으로 가려면 지하철로 30분이상 걸립니다. 관광 목적, 위치에 따라 숙소를 잡으시기 바랍니다.

- 장점
: 지하철 출구와 매우 가까움, 매우 조용함, 편의점 주변에 많음. 소라마치상가, LIVE슈퍼마켓 있음.
- 단점
: 숙소내부에 계단이 있음. 도쿄 동쪽에 있음.

Enough space for 5 people, convenient to get train. Just one thing we wanted a little bit more space for our carry bag.

The staff is helpful and friendly during our stay. Highly appreciated they have provided the box for putting used recycle plastic stuffs.

走路5分鐘內可以到車站，超市，便利商店，地點非常方便，床很舒適，未來還會再來入住

We really liked the accommodation. Having the use of the kitchen and washing machine was excellent. The staff at the bar Downstairs were lovely. The location as great. A nice quiet place to stay for a more lengthy stay in Tokyo. So close to public transport.

我が家は子供が3人いるので、いつもホテル選びに苦労しますが、ダブルベット×1、シングルベッド×3、は、5人家族には、とても嬉しいベッド数でした。
内装もおしゃれで、必要な物は揃っていて、価格も安く、大満足の宿泊でした。

Good location, good value for Tokyo. Close to train stations metro and kesei, easy on the train from Haneda. Easy to high speed trains at Shinagawa.
