Pros:

La posizione; vicinissima alla stazione della metro Oshiage, con 7eleven e altri a pochi passi.
La dimensione dell'appartamento.

Cons:

Il bagno (o lavatory); hanno infilato una vasca in un pertugio, con il saliscendi per la doccia. Per fare la doccia (da dentro la vasca) bisogna scavalcare la parete della vasca, un po' altina, che non ha un antiscivolo o un supporto per agevolare l'accesso e si rischia di scivolare.

Excellent value for money stay.
Pros:

Spacious for Tokyo. It made a 5 night stay very comfortable for a family of 4. All cooking facilities available, along with a fridge/freezer. Location was fantastic. Two minute walk from the station wit a family mart and 7-11 literally across the the street.

Cons:

A/C could be a bit hit and miss. Dryer wasn’t great in the room.

Good room and great location.
Pros:

Room was big enough for three adults & our luggages. Beds were comfortable. I liked there was a separation of a bedroom. Appreciated the two air conditioners that you can operate yourself. There is an elevator. The location was good. Close to a subway station, short walks to eateries, quiet neighborhood, close to two malls, and 7-eleven & Family Mart close by. I was able to send my extra luggage ahead to the airport from the 7-eleven. Even though there is a washer in the room, there is a 24 hour laundromat close by that washes & dries in same machine and they also have dryers by themselves.

Cons:

Wish there was a full size mirror. Wish the washer was a washer/dryer combo or had a dryer.

如一般東京住宿，空間不大，但離地鐵站近，交通非常便利，臨近多間便利商店還有超市，非常方便

地點方便、性價比高
Pros:

住宿地點方便，100公尺內有全家和7-11，甚至有在地小雜貨店（可掃QR code用paypay）；押上站B1和B2出口皆有往上之電扶梯，惟獨B1有往下的電扶梯。離晴空塔和其共構的mall走路約8分鐘，押上站往成田或羽田機場都方便。

Cons:

洗衣機故障為美中不足之處。
