Pros:

Das Hotel liegt direkt auf dem Kiez.
Alles zu Fuß abgehbar.
Parken ist im Parkhaus ideal, sowas gut durchdates noch nirgends erlebt. Mega
:)

Cons:

Unser Zimmer war sehr hellhörig, gefüllt hat sich das Kiezleben und andere Zimmergäste bei uns im Zimmer abgespielt.
Im Nachhinein ist zu sagen, auf die Frage ob man schon mal zu Gast war, bitte unbedingt sagen "ja" sagen, dann bekommt man auch ein Zimmer in den oberen Etagen.

Schlichte Unterkunft aber für den Preis ok
Pros:

Personal freundlich und kompetent
Haben mir ein Zimmer im unteren Stockwerk gegeben damit ich nicht so viel Treppe laufen muss.
Wegen der Straße Verkehrslärm, bei geschlossenem Fenster OK.
Einfaches Zimmer, aber für das Geld kann man nicht mehr erwarten.

Cons:

Riecht nach Rauch, offensichtlich vom Lokal darunter.
Musste erst mal das Fenster öffnen und lüften.
Dusche mit starken Kalkablagerungen und alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen.
Alleine geht's,aber mit meiner Frau möchte ich da nicht hin.
Am Wochenende könnte es da ziemlich laut werden.
Ich war Montag und Dienstag Nacht da.
