Nemea Appart Hotel Cannes Palais

Sehr unflexibel was check out betrifft.
Unser Flug ging erst Abends und wir mussten um 11 Uhr das Appartment verlassen.

Es wurde nur 1 mal gereinigt in 1 Woche.

Soggiorno piacevole. Ottimi i servizi, con piscina coperta, sauna e palestra. Bella e spaziosa la camera anche se un po’ di manutenzione non guasterebbe

Loved big modern rooms, nice amenities and very convenient central location.

Very bad hotel dirty to much dirty I booked for 4 nights and when I arrived after 15 minutes I check out terrible cleaning

Petit déjeuner basique, salle de gym encore plus et le fait que le ménage ne soit pas inclus c'est un peu décevant.

The property access was unclear, once we entered we were told to move to a different spot.

After checking in we went to the room only to find out a small apartment with holes in the curtains and a shower that had one-to-many issues. The couches were dirty as well.

As for the location, it’s definitely not the best for new visitors. We ended up checking out early and renting in a different place

The room is good but still waiting for my security which is not given to me back in mt account and very hard to contact them. Better pay them in cash not card😅

Close to main town. Facilities very good and staff very helpful.

This property is 15 minutes walk from the train station and roughly 30 mins from the beach, shopping, etc. Its not convenient if you plan to walk and I didn't find the staff accommodating

Some of the staff were great, but 2 were rude and not helpful. I also didn’t like taking out my own trash. If you want guests to take out their own trash out, you should provide more durable bags and more than one, especially if you have to leave the building to take the trash out.

Skønt hotel med god placering. Man kan nemt gå til alt i Cannes. God morgenmadsbuffet. Eneste minus er at rengøringen kunne være bedre på fælles arealer som toiletter, ved poolen og omklædningsrummene.

Très bien situé, propre, toutefois le parking et un peu cher.

L’hôtel est propre, le hall est magnifique. Notre chambre était exactement comme sur les photos. Le petit dej est correct avec un large choix. Je recommande cet hôtel.

La tv ne fonctionnait pas, chambre sale

I have stayed here before and had a good experience but this time around I was not happy. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are nice but neither the phone or the tv worked. I had to beg for more toilet paper and soap and the people at the front desk had no idea how to answer any questions. Cleaning staff comes once a week instead of every day and when you needed anything the response is always "I don't know" or "we don't have that". The description says pool but they don't actually have one that is open. You should tell your guests this before they book or after they book as this is one of the reasons i booked this hotel. Aside from check in, the staff is unfriendly and not knowledgeable. When i asked for dinner recommendations or directions to attractions, the front desk had no idea or gave me horrible suggestions or none at all. If you work at the front desk you should have some idea of what is going on in your city and you should be able to recommend places to go and eat/visit. I have never encountered a hotel that does not give you kleenex or toilet paper when asked. To say the least i will not be staying here again, and this hotel is nowhere near the star rating that it is given. It is a 2 star at best.

Poor service and people in the reception we spoke to could not speak English. The room was not clean, when our baby was crawling on the floor in a white outfit it got brown/grey within minutes… besides that it’s a decent place with ok location

Fornøyd med oppholdet.
Beliggenheten var veldig bra, både kort vei til togstasjonen og ca. 10 min å gå til stranden.
Det er en leilighets hotell. Ingen som vasker og man må kaste søppelet selv. Trengte man nytt håndkle, kostet det ekstra.

Not very welcoming. Reception staff not very helpful. One was very rude (Tatiana). Vital information not given at check-in which resulted in added costs to my stay that I totally disagree with and would like to contest. Was not informed regarding the fact that we had to take out our own refuse at the end. Was told one complimentary cleaning of the apartment was included as we stayed for 7 days which never materialised. We constantly cleaned our apartment during our stay as we have 2 small children. Was told at check-out that we left the place extremely dirty. However this is not true, as the only thing that was left in the apartment was two well organised refuse bags (one recyclables and one general trash would have taken them out if I knew!).
During our stay on the times I took the refuse out, the refuse area in the RJ level was unsafe with wooden pallets all over the place and bins that were over flowing with trash.
Breakfast bar light not working.
Bathroom sink clogged and takes ages to drain.
A/C was controlled centrally and was set to heating even though the room was registering 26C!
Heavily stained carpet and dirty floors. Had to keep footwear on at all times.
Fire alarm went off around 7.30am on Thursday 17th April, had to quickly get up and evacuate the building with 2 small children. No fire drill protocol was followed. No fire marshals present. Fire alarm was due to burnt toast in the breakfast area. No staff came to apologise to the customers. Very unprofessional

Cool
