Ein ganz besonderer Ort zum entspannen auf Sao Miguel
Pros:

Wunderschönes kleines Hotel mit besonderen Flair und herzlichen Service. Zimmer sind stillvoll ausgestattet und sehr sauber

Una location speciale ma c’è spazio per miglioramento nei servizi
Pros:

La location è davvero speciale e suggestiva, immersa in una piantagione di ananas e circondata da uno splendido giardino. Gli ambienti sono molto curati, in particolare la sala ristorante. Cena deliziosa, con ingredienti di ottima qualità, e colazione ricca, varia e altrettanto curata. Il personale è gentile e disponibile, anche se talvolta poco presente, soprattutto nell’accoglienza e alla reception. Nel complesso, un luogo originale, piacevole e decisamente fuori dal comune.

Cons:

Alcuni aspetti del servizio non ci sono sembrati all’altezza del livello e del prezzo della struttura. In particolare, un pomeriggio abbiamo trovato la porta della camera completamente spalancata e impossibile da richiudere poiché si era evidentemente inceppata il meccanismo. La camera si affaccia su una zona di passaggio per interni ed esterni (la piantagione è infatti visitabile da tutti) e mi è sembrato un problema di sicurezza importante, gestito senza particolare attenzione né scuse.

Altra perplessità ha riguardato la proposta di un upgrade a 99 € a notte, da noi rifiutata, salvo poi ricevere comunque la camera superiore senza alcuna spiegazione. Circostanza certamente gradita, ma che rende poco comprensibile la precedente richiesta di un supplemento.

La jacuzzi privata non funzionava all’arrivo, ma è stata prontamente sistemata.

Infine, il ristorante è rimasto chiuso per cena per due giorni consecutivi, al di fuori del consueto giorno di chiusura, senza che ne fossimo state preventivamente informate.

Buena elección para estancia corta.
Pros:

El jacuzzi y el tour de las piñas 🍍, me encantó.
El Desayuno también muy bueno.

Cons:

En la habitación le vendría bien un armario para meter la ropa y no dar sensación de desorden ( al tener todo esparcido)

Herdade do Ananás överträffade alla våra förväntningar. Vacker design i rummen, lugnt och tyst läge, supertrevlig och hjälpsam personal. Mycket god och riklig frukost. Vi hade rum med privat pool. Superlyxigt!

Pros:

Très bel endroit avec du personnel accueillant. Espaces extérieurs et Jardin très appréciables, même si plus de canapés/salons extérieurs seraient bienvenus.

Cons:

Aucun des 2 chambres ne correspondaient à la photo de la chambre que nous pensions réserver ; il n'y avait pas réellement de "coin salon" et la terrasse de la chambre n'en était pas vraiment une, mais plutôt un lieu de passage pour aller au parking.
La dégustation apéritive à 25 euros par personne (prix client de l'hôtel) nous a paru un peu élevé.
Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas eu de place/nuitée possible pour séjourner dans un bungalow.

Spacious and very clean room (nice to have high ceiling) and comfortable bed, nice breakfast served be very pleasant staff (especially Edgar), quite pleasant and relaxing environment. A jar of cookies to pick from..

No refrigerator in the room. No pool, only a jacuzzi..

Perfect stop over as we moved on to our next destination.
Pros:

Breakfast was amazing. Staff was great. Room was perfect and nice and quiet (my kids complained about the roosters in the morning, but I'm pretty sure that was them telling us that they secretly loved the experience)

Cons:

Soaking pool could have been warmer and the jets could have stayed on a little longer. We didn't do the pineapple tour, but probably should have.
