Very nice hotel with friendly staff and good location, recommend checking the floor of the room
Pros:

The hotel is located near cafes and a big supermarket with the city centre easily reachable by foot (around 1.5 km to Ubud Art Market and Royal Palace, 6 min to Yoga Barn). The hotel was very clean and the staff was welcoming and helpful. The WIFI worked great in the room but was a bit slow next to the pool. The pool itself was very nice and and the sun chairs were very comfortable. We were able to get a late check-out for free and there is free yoga lesson on Tuesdays and Thursdays in the hotel.

Cons:

Initially we were given the ground floor room, which has a window and a balcony facing directly at a wall. This meant that there was no sunlight and the room was very humid and moist. After asking, the staff kindly exchanged our room to second floor which was much nicer and didn't have that problem at all. So I would recommend checking before if your room is on the ground floor or higher up.

Exceptional hotel with a great location
Pros:

Super clean hotel with an excellent location. The staff were helpful at all times. The spa was wonderful, the restaurant was amazing. I love this place.

The beds are a little firm - some people might like it.

I enjoyed it. Will come back again.
Pros:

It was all good. Staff was very friendly. The use of whatsapp for communication was effective.
Needs were dealt with very quickly. It is also very handy to have a cafe at the lobby.

Cons:

Morning relentless knocking by room service. One day after room service, my door was not locked. But they were very apologetic after.

Super Hotel in einer super Lage. Alles war sehr sauber und das Personal war sehr nett und freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden beim nächsten Mal auf jeden Fall wieder dieses Hotel buchen.

I had a truly wonderful stay in Ubud, and the biggest reason was the amazing team of this hotel. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and always welcoming me with a genuine smile.

Ryan at the front office made everything smooth and stress-free from the start. A special thank to Putu, tour guide and driver of the hotel, who made every trip easy and enjoyable with his calm energy and great local knowledge. Diana and other stuff members were incredibly kind and attentive, always ready to help. The team at Flock Café made mornings special — breakfast was always served with warmth and positive energy.

I also want to mention the housekeeping team. My room was perfectly clean every single day — fresh, tidy, and beautifully maintained. You could really feel the care they put into their work.

The location of the hotel is also perfect for those who want to stay in centre and reach restaurants, cafes, yoga studios (5 min away from Yoga Barn😍)..

The whole team made my stay unforgettable. I will definetely be back to Ubud and this hotel!!!
