Os funcionários do período noturno nos trataram muito mal. Sempre nos hospedamos nesse hotel. Pela segunda vez chegamos por volta das 21h e fomos muito mal atendidos.

Ótima estadia em Umuarama
Pros:

O café da manhã é excepcional. Muitas opções e tudo muito bem organizado e pontual. Os quartos são bem limpos e estava tudo pronto quando chegamos, inclusive o berço já montado no quarto.

Cons:

A porta do banheiro não fica fechada. O trinco não está funcionando.

Apesar do hotel ser bom, não tem preocupação com pessoas que necessitam um atendimento especial....

De uma maneira geral, o hotel é muito bom.

Cons:

Minha esposa é CELÍACA e o hotel não possui atendimento especial para pessoas com este tipo de restrição alimentar.
Ela entrou em contato com o hotel na semana anterior explicando a situação dela e se teria como o hotel fazer algo a respeito (café da manhã). Primeiro foi um "jogo de empurra" até alguém responder ela.... porém a resposta foi algo do tipo: "Não temos como lhe atender nesse sentido"...
