Disappointing
Pros:

It seemed good but they were awful

Cons:

Staff. No pool. They were so sooooo rude to me and my children. Awful bedding.

Great room for a family of four!
Pros:

Very clean and comfortable room for a family of four. We especially loved the table that pulled out from underneath the desk, what a clever and practical idea! The space was well-maintained, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

It’s average. Nothing stands out as a must do again. In fact, we will not stay here again.
Pros:

Location was great for our needs. The staff were friendly.

Cons:

Smoking is permitted in the main entrance to the facility and this is unacceptable. Cigarette butts laying all over the place and smelt of old cigarettes. Main lobby floors were dirty and sticky.

Not the best but only 1 night.
Pros:

The location was convenient for our needs.

Cons:

The room was not very clean. There were crumbs in the pull out bed and the mattress pad was stained and gross. The person who came to clean it up seemed put out and wanted us to do it ourselves. There was also a party in the room next to us at 2 AM. It kept us awake for over an hour before they would quiet down. Not really the hotels fault; but it took several attempts for the staff to get them to quiet down.

It was a good location for the fields that’s we needs to use for my daughters soccer tournament.
Pros:

The location to the soccer fields that we needed to go to.

Cons:

The pool was out of use, the hotel had a shortage of pillows which was very strange, and the blanket that they provided for the pull out couch had rips in it. Very disappointed that these items were not looked at before putting them in the room.

The hotel facility and room size were good.

Cons:

The room was not cleaned adequately .Several family members had places in their rooms that were not cleaned.My dog found a cheese ball under the bed.

Nice accomadations convenient to Foxboro Stadium. We actually walked from Hotel to Revolution game

Disappointing, not what we expected.
Cons:

The noise! We asked for a quiet room. What we got was noise; from above, from next door, from children playing in the corridor, from people returning at 3 am.
The pool area smelt badly.
We were staying for 4 nights, but checked out a day early. The hotel's only concern was that we understood there would be no refund.
