Pros:

The staff was very nice and helpful.
No complaints on them. Constantly trying to keep the main foyers clean.

Cons:

The heated pool temps have been pretty chilly the past couple of years.
The breakfast choices were not very good.

It does the job
Pros:

Good location for our needs and not too far from Boston. The staff was nice and they also let us check out an hour late with no charge.

Cons:

Room wasn’t completely clean, hair all over the bathroom, food in the fridge, dishes unwashed in the dishwasher and the toilet paper was the thinnest I’ve ever had. Also the linen was clean but stained and the bed was pretty uncomfortable.
