Third annual stay, and not our last!
Pros:

Third stay at this location. The hotel is contemporary, clean, with very friendly staff. The breakfast is above average. The location right off interstate 64 is very convenient. The pool and exercise room are small, but nicely appointed.

The staff was exceptional and the location was even better.
Pros:

The location was perfect, there is a movie theater next door and we were able to wind down after a long day and take in a movie. Plus dinner was easy as it's surrounded by restaurants. There was even a mall across the street, couldn't have picked a better place.

In a pinch, it works but I wouldn’t stay here otherwise.
Pros:

The location of the property is great. Easy access to anything you may need & could easily take the 35 min drive to the gorge.

Cons:

The pool was extremely dirty and cold, supposed to be heated. The shower in our room had a huge crack the entire length of the pan that they had caulked to “cover up”. The bathroom had dirt and grime accumulated. Just overall dirty.

I very much enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend!

The only downside was there was not a heater for the bathroom only; the room heat had to be used for the entire room just to warm the bathroom.
