Carpet and furniture stained and crummy.

Short and sweet.
Pros:

The hotel was nice. The room and the bathroom was clean.
Decent tv channels available.
The hotel is 1 light off the highway, I did not hear any highway noise.
There's gas stations around.

Cons:

I don't like the location of the hotel, because you enter it behind a shopping center. Very strange.
The on/off valve in the shower was hard to turn.
The door in/out of the room slammed shut on me a couple of times while I was leaving the room.
Coffee. I thought the coffee was horrible.
Lighting. This consistent issue with hotels rooms, not just this one. They have 1 light when you enter the room and then you move into a dark room, trying to fumble for a light switch. In this instance, the light was unplugged.

It was horrible.
Cons:

We got into the room and the temperature was at 80 degrees. We called the front desk and she tried to get the room cooler and could not do it. We asked for another room and she said she could not give us one because we pre-paid for the room. So we had to stay in the room and the temperature never went below 79 degrees. We talked to the manager and she said there wasn't anything she could do to compensate us. It was a horrible experience to say the least!!!!

Cons:

Our room was filthy. Absolutely disgusting. Poop splattered on the walls in the bathroom. Sheets were wrinkled and dirty. Floors in the bathroom were smeared with who knows what. Shower floor has never been cleaned.

Great Stay, would recommend!

Staff were super friendly. Rooms were large and clean. Breakfast was good. Space was inviting.

Cons:

The cookie plate was empty lol! No tub in the king room (we have a baby). Blue fingernail polish or glitter glue on hairdryer and nightstand.

Pros:

The lady who checked us in was Fantastic. And our room was clean. We're not real excited about being on the top floor, but making a last-minute reservation, you have to take what you can get. Thank goodness for the elevator.

Cons:

Came down for Breakfat around 845. There was no yougurt or bread. Grabbed a bagel but the toasters didn't work. The oatmeal was cold and so was the gravy.
But the biggest problem was the lady at the desk during breakfast. I forgot my travel bag with the whole families toothbrushes,paste, and mouthwash. I didn't realize it until we were in for the night. We asked at the desk for 3 and the lady told my husband he could only have 1. She said that was all that was allowed. I find this totally ridiculous. I used to be a GM in the hotel business and have Never heard of such a thing. I'm not sure if she was having a bad morning g but you need to check that at the door or find another job. Refusing to give a guest a toothbrush is ridiculous
