Pros:

Отличное расположение, завтрак. Внимательный и приветливый персонал. Рекомендую однозначно.

I ended up extending.
Pros:

They are so welcoming and friendly. Their free breakfast was a decent meal that kept me full. They are always willing to help you with whatever you need. Bus arrives early no problem or bus leave late no problem. My bus kept getting pushed back into the wee hours and they let me stay and charge my phone.

The family goes not speak English that well, but nothing google translate can’t fix. Though their older daughter speaks English pretty well.

(Amazing location for the sleeper bus drop offs).

Cons:

I can’t think of anything. The dorm was very clean and it seemed like the father kept on cleaning the bathroom. The bin seemed to always be cleared out and toothbrushes stock + TP.

Would stay again
Pros:

I ended up extending another night as it was nice and clean. Great value for the price and also a great family run hotel.
I wish the weather was better so I could have swam in the pool, so if you’re here on a sunny day I feel the pool would be put to good use. The pool is very clean!

Cons:

Can’t think of anything.

If your in the dorms be prepared to walk ip some stairs:) Nothing to bad.

Pros:

They are super kind. I wanted a bike my first day and in 10 minutes i had it. I wanted a scotter for my second day and they gave me one. Swimming pool, breakfast, bed, everything for a really good price.

נהנינו מאוד בשהות שלנו כאן בפונג נה. משפחה מקסימה שאומנם לא דוברת אנגלית אבל הבת שלהם דוברת אנגלית מצוינת ועזרה לנו בכל דבר. החדר היה נקי, היו מים חמים, היה שקט והמיקום היה מצוין ממש במרכז פונג נה קרוב לסליפרים. הארוחת בוקר הייתה בסיסית אך מספקת. תמורה מצוינת למחיר כל כך זול !

Pros:

L'hotel è collocato in una posizione centralissima e molto comoda per chi, come noi, e come immagino la maggior parte dei viaggatori, arriva con lo sleeping bus. Moltissimi degli sleeping bus, infatti, fermano a 2 minuti a piedi da questa struttura. Il Song Toan è gestito interamente dalla famiglia proprietaria e sono tutti estremamente gentili e disponibili. Le camere sono spaziose, pulite e dotate del necessario.

Pros:

The hotel is in a prime location and the staff were so friendly. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and the bathroom was spotless. Very pleasant stay

A great location and value for money stay with lovely staff.
Pros:

Me, my partner and our other two friends stayed for two nights here during our travels. We booked two double rooms which were spacious and clean. The staff were so friendly and accommodating, allowing us to leave our bags when we checked out and come use the shower later on before our sleeper bus. The breakfast was fresh and nice to be included.

Cons:

WiFi was slow and often wasn’t working. There are lots of mosquitoes in the area so make sure to wear bug spray and keep the windows closed.

great location - family run and so helpful - organised a taxi to Dong Hoi train station for 0530 no problem - gave us bottles of water for the journey - cooked breakfast - really kind

Petit hôtel tenu par une famille adorable, souriante et très arrangeante (nous ont permis d'arriver de nuit car notre bus était en retard, ont gardé nos sacs la journée), piscine propre, petit déjeuner original (pancakes frits à la banane délicieux), location de scooter abordable et sans prise de tête, aucune pression de la part de la famille pour nous vendre des excursions à la journée, localisation en centre ville pratique et proche de bons restaurants : nous avons adoré !
