Best place in Phong Nha
Pros:

Lovely hotel, the family who owns it is lovely and very helpful, the dorm was spacious and very clean! Delicious food! There's a great pool and the garden is beautiful. highly recommend, the best place to stay in Phong Nha

가격 자체는 나쁘지 않습니다. 위치도 좋고요. 제공된 식사도 맛있었어요.

Cons:

주인장 분이 친절하시다고 다른 리뷰에서는 말씀하시는데 저는 잘 못르겠어요. 아침식사 제공과 관련하여서도 , 체크인 등 여러 과정에서도 짜증이 많고 신경질적이라고 느꼈습니다. 욕실도 그렇게 청결하지 않았어요.

Great overall for the price of the dorm and incredibly accommodating staff :)
Pros:

Lovely staff who let me check in at 3 after my late bus!! Super helpful :) clean room, free towel and comfy beds !

Cons:

Pancake was more like an omelette but I’m sure a savoury breakfast would be better :)

Cons:

Mình đến Phong Nha lúc 3 giờ đêm, đã nhắn với khách sạn về việc đến muộn và đã được xác nhận. Tuy nhiên hôm đó mình đến, không 1 ai trực lễ tân, cũng không thể nào liên lạc được bằng số trên booking và google map. Mình gọi và đợi 30', sau đó lại lếch thếch lôi hành lí đi ra ngoài để tìm khách sạn khác trong khi Phong Nha mưa to (đêm 4/7/26). Thật sự đêm hôm vừa sợ vừa bực mình.

Recomiendo 100% encantadores limpio y barato
Pros:

They're a lovely family. They don't speak much English, but you can communicate using the translator. They help you with everything and are incredibly kind. They'll also help you if you want to rent a motorbike, arrange a transfer, or anything else. It's spotless, the pool is fantastic, and it's in a great location. I highly recommend it!

Cons:

The pool loungers offer no shade and it's incredibly hot. It's not a complaint, though, because I can't complain about anything :)

Pros:

Hotel is located in the downtown, close to all restaurants and shops. Room was clean and bed (dorm) was comfortable.

Swimming pool (with amazing views) is a plus to spend the central hours of the day. They help you with bus tickets and any other stuff you might need. Good breakfast with a lot of choices

Cons:

All good, for the money you pay, is a good deal

Pros:

El trato con Seven, la mamá y el papá también eran buenos. La piscina es muy cómoda y la habitación bien.

Cons:

Que me dejaron esperando una hora para el desayuno y me confundieron para cobrarme cuatro smoothies más.
Lo peor fue la hermana mayor, que no nos ayudó, es más todo lo contrario en un incidente que tuvimos con una motocicleta que alquilamos en otro sitio.

Pros:

This was the best hostel I have stayed in Vietnam. It is a familiar business which everyone were willing to help and make the experience best as possible. It was super clean, comfy and with a great space. I highly recommend.

Super bien situé dans le mini centre ville proche des commodités
Très calmes. La petite famille qui gère l’hôtel est tout simplement adorable. Toujours souriant et prêt à vous aider.
J’ai pu dormir dans le hall de l’accueil en arrivant à 2h30. Le monsieur a été au petit soin !!

Le ménage y est fait tout les jours La dortoir et les douches sont propres. ( manque juste une petit lumière pour le lire dans le lit mais sinon parfait)

Le petit dej y est très bon. La piscine est propre

Je ne peux que recommander !!
