Tout était parfait! Très bien localisé, très propre, le dortoir est trop mignon et on y dort vraiment très bien.
La famille est adorable, au petit soin. Je prenais un night bus vers une autre destination et ils m’ont permis de profiter de la piscine, de prendre une douche et de laisser mon sac après mon check-out et ce jusqu’au soir!

Vị trí sát bên văn phòng xe Hưng Long, rất tiện cho những khách đi xe giường nằm từ Hà Nội. Mình tới nơi 5h sáng, chưa nhận phòng theo booking được, nhưng có thể ở phòng dorm nghỉ tạm (có phụ thu một chút cho phòng dorm, chi phí hợp lý ko cao).
A/c chủ nhà rất niềm nở, nhiệt tình hỏi han hướng dẫn. Tại hotel có cho thuê xe máy, có bể bơi, có phục vụ bữa ăn luôn, khá đầy đủ. Recommend mn book ST hotel.

We had such a great stay at Song Toan Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the hosts made us feel genuinely welcome and at home — they were incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay.

The rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after long days out. The breakfast each morning was fresh and satisfying, with a good variety to start the day right. The pool was also a highlight — clean, refreshing, and perfect for cooling off.

Overall, this place really exceeded our expectations thanks to the warm hospitality and great facilities. Would absolutely recommend and would happily stay again!

Gut erreichbar und zentral gelegen. Leckeres Frühstück und ein schönes Zimmer mit geräumigem Badezimmer. Sehr liebe Gastfamilie.

Je suis restée dans la chambre en dortoir, c’était très bien ! Il y avait la clime et le ventilateur.
Vous avez tout le nécessaire, le petit déjeuner est très bon et accompagné de fruits !
La piscine est très bien et ensoleillée pour bronzer.
C’est une famille vraiment très gentille, attentionnée et arrangeante, un grand merci pour tout 😊

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it. One of the highlights is its unique backyard, which blends seamlessly into the beautiful Song Toan mountain - creating a really peaceful and scenic atmosphere. The swimming pool is great and provides a perfect spot to relax, whether during the day or in the evening.

The place is quiet, and the people around are very kind and welcoming. The breakfast served at the property is tasty and a great way to start the day. The staff are especially worth mentioning - friendly, attentive, and always ready to help.

I stayed for more than a week and found the room very comfortable, with consistently good sleep throughout my visit. Although there was a brief issue with the hot water, it didn’t affect my experience much, especially given the hot weather (around 38°C at the time 🙂).

I didn’t use services like motorbike rental or laundry, so I can’t comment on those. Overall, it was a very pleasant and relaxing stay.

There’s also a local market nearby where you can find fresh fruit—definitely worth checking out. I found delicious watermelon there for a very reasonable price. Just a small tip: it’s better to buy from the market itself rather than resellers near tourist spots, as prices can be significantly higher. Some of them were even trying to sell watermelon for almost triple the price near the rather unfortunate, visually intrusive sign that seems to “mutilate” the otherwise beautiful mountain view.

Everything was great during my stay. The backyard is absolutely perfect, offering a calm and relaxing space with an ideal chill atmosphere and location.

One of the most beautiful surprises was the presence of stunning butterflies that can be seen right in the backyard, adding a special touch to the natural surroundings. It’s a lovely place to sit, enjoy fresh fruit, and relax during the day or in the evening.

The staff are friendly, helpful, positive, and welcoming, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, it’s a peaceful and pleasant place that I would happily recommend.
Quick tip - google “market”, it’s 7 min walk from the property. Local priced fresh fruits can be found there✌🏻

Fantastic stay here at Song Toan. Family feels. Service incredible, staff friendly and accommodating, room was clean and comfortable. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Highly recommend!

I liked that it was right on the strip...literally across the street from several restaurants...close by atms, massage and nail shops. Also liked how casual the employees were, you can tell its family owned and are very lax.

Very clean, staff were super accommodating. They let us check in early because our bus arrived early hours and helped us rent a moped within a few minutes of asking.
