The hotel room was very cozy and in a great location.

Cons:

The hotel room was expensive but that's probably to be expected in NY. The food and drinks were expensive. The voucher would only cover 1 small entre or drink.

Fabulous boutique hotel with everything you need for a short stay
Pros:

Excellent central location. Clean comfortable room with all necessary amenities. With the $25 guest coupon breakfast was a bargain and the food excellent

Cons:

Very hot outside the room. Lack of closet space but I accept we may have been assigned a room with minimal amount as we only stayed 1 night

Lovely Irish Townhouse

Let me be this out of the way: I hate the neighborhood. I usually try to avoid it but we needed to be nearby on this trip which meant we had the treat of staying at the Merrion Row. This was my second stay here It’s like a cozy Irish townhouse hotel in the middle of the city. High end finishes, clean and cozy, unpretentious. It makes up for the crowds outside by being quiet, warm, friendly, and easy to enjoy. The queen rooms are tiny and gave an air shaft so probably would opt for a king next time, but the furnishings are lovely regardless. Breakfast in the solarium is a treat and you’ll get to chat with Sebastian and Shona which is a grand way to start your day.
