The location of this boutique hotel was brilliant- just off Times Square on 7th Avenue. The beds were just amazing- so comfortable with soft linen, wonderful pillows- a great nights sleep!
The staff were brilliant- special mention for Daniel, Hugo and Sebastian who knew what drinks we preferred and were very attentive , the food was really good too.
Would highly recommend !!

El personal de recepción. Ninguno de ellos fue agradable de trato y nos facilitó la información adecuada. Ni siquiera eran agradables para saludar y dar los buenos días o buenas tardes. La información sobre costes, tipo impuestos de NY o la retención por fianza, no nos la dieron proactivamente, tuvimos que solicitar aclaraciones. Personal totalmente pasivo y nada enfocado al cliente. Por otro lado, éramos 3 personas y la mayoría de los días nos dejaban 2 toallas en la habitación, tuvimos que reclamarlas la mayoría de los días.

We absolutely loved our stay. All of the employees were welcoming, kind, and helpful. The location was great for many of our activities. The room was clean and comfortable. The food at the restaurant was tasty. We really only have positive things to say and would highly recommend this hotel to others.
Because of the proximity to Times Square, there was some noise which might bother some travelers (3 of our group of 4 were unbothered, the 4th used ear plugs and was fine). Some might also find the rooms on the smaller/cozier side (this didn't bother us, but good to know in advance).
Room was clean and beds were comfortable
The fact they put a hold of $900 on my card and to this day nearly 2 weeks later have still not released it. Revolut my provider says they have no instruction to release payment and will need to wait until Aug 20th
This is truly a hidden gem in the heart of Manhattan! The hotel is incredibly cozy, and the rooms are beautiful, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. The staff is warm and welcoming, and the drinks and food are absolutely delicious. Everything was spotless, which made our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be coming back!

We highly recommend the Merrion Row Hotel! As first-time visitors to New York City, we took a chance booking this boutique hotel on 45th Street, and it exceeded every expectation.
From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make our stay easy and comfortable. Our room was charming, cozy, spotless, and surprisingly quiet—such a peaceful retreat after busy days exploring the city.
We enjoyed breakfast at the restaurant downstairs twice, and it was excellent each time. Housekeeping was attentive, our room was always refreshed, and whenever we needed extra towels, they were delivered promptly.
One of the things we appreciated most was the exceptional hospitality. After we checked out, the staff graciously stored our luggage so we could enjoy a few more hours in the city before heading home, making our last day completely stress-free.
If you’re looking for a hotel with outstanding service, a unique boutique feel, and a fantastic location, the Merrion Row is a true gem. We would absolutely stay here again and would choose it over a large chain hotel any day. Thank you for making our first trip to NYC so memorable!
