Ubicación inmejorable sobretodo para una primera visita a Nueva York y personal encantador y muy dispuesto.
Tal y como están los precios en la ciudad está bien la relación calidad-precio de este hotel.
Si volviéramos probablemente repetiríamos.

Algo de ruido nocturno al estar pegado a un pub pero el descanso ha sido bueno igualmente

Pros:

The room was big and very clean, and the staff was extremely friendly. The breakfast is also great.

Cons:

They were renovating so we had workers, ladders, etc. on our floor during the entire stay. It was noisy and smelled a lot like paint; at some point someone was painting the door of our room while we were in it.

Pros:

It's a small hotel so we recognized all the faces and they recognized us. We knew our waiters by name. The location is also excellent for anyone who wants to have a Broadway show vacation. The Times Square restaurants were also nice. We walked everywhere.

Cons:

I really would have liked a closet.
The shower worked well but there's a learning curve.

FABULOUS STAY IN NEW YORK
Pros:

The location of this boutique hotel was brilliant- just off Times Square on 7th Avenue. The beds were just amazing- so comfortable with soft linen, wonderful pillows- a great nights sleep!
The staff were brilliant- special mention for Daniel, Hugo and Sebastian who knew what drinks we preferred and were very attentive , the food was really good too.
Would highly recommend !!
