ECO Hotel at Bukit Bintang

Not worth for money, rooms are very small, ac not good, daily cleaning and change of bed sheets not doing not giving complementary brackfast for Expedia customers

Excellent location walkable to town center. Next door to Eco World mall and other tower condos.
The property itself is good. Not fancy but decent enough.
Price is reasonable.

Very near to an event venue at Zepp KL and Lalaport,

Used this place as a base for my last night in kl. Great location and excellent extended check out time (2pm) with only 10rm charge until 5pm. Great for late night flights. Excellent location basically next door to new Lucentia residences and new lala shopping centre that leads straight to hang tua monorail

Check in staff was most unfriendly. Required a 50 ringgit deposit in cash and if you don’t have cash, won’t be able to check in. Most unusual for any decent hotel
Very noisy all through the night which also made it hard to sleep
Won’t come back here again

The staff and service are excellent. We got a smaller room with a kid and they upgraded it to a bigger family room. Recommended!

My only concern is that there is no locking bolt from inside the room. Anyone with a key card can enter my room from outside. There is no secondary lock, unlike all the other hotel rooms I’ve been to. Pls do something about this. Thank you

It’s a budget hotel, but you can hear drunk(?) people screaming and laughing at mid night from other room. Room is super small. Asked for the hair dryer but the front desk said the cleaner is not here. He can’t help. I would rather pay slightly more to shift to a better hotel.

Nice hotel. Friendly and helpful staffs. Great area. Restaurant on groundfloor itself. Good food. Bukit bintang. Walking distance to berjaya times square. Very nice stay with family. Nice room and beds.

Very happy with eco hotel, clean, friendly and very convenient. Breakfast available if chosen, simple but tasty and enough. Imbi monorail only 400m away and easy walk to many attractions. Stayed with family.

The property is Located near Time Square, a quick walk 15 minutes, as well surrounded with eatery and Shops nearby the hotel, Room as not so big but ok for few nights, clean and maintain ! Tv basic nothing special, wifi Stable, and in a evening a bit noisy due to some guests who think they are living alone ! room with no windows is the best as you avoid noise from outside and you can sleep well ! shower and bath basic . the price is 109 including all taxes at the counter direct booking and not on line! for budget hotel in KL as well clean hotel it's not so easy to find !!! Eco hotel have also a restaurant beside and for budget hotel it's certainly the best option to stay ! Staff helpful and friendly ! a Go Ahead to stay for those want clean and affordable price !

I stayed here twice in the space of a few weeks. The staff are all very helpful and friendly. WiFi is good. The rooms are clean and all for a bargain price. Hotel is close to the main city centre. I will definitely stay again!

We spent there 3 nights, nice clean rooms for a very good price and friendly staff. There is also a restaurant with Malaysian dishes. Close to petronas towers. There are several nice Chinese restaurants close by. Tiger beer is widely served. Recommendable.

Hotel is really good. Good location. Very near with shopping areas. Very clean room. Staffs are very good. Very helpful. I request early checking and late check out . They arrange everything without any extra charges. I will be back

Very helpful gentleman receptionist on duty in the early hours of 14th July. Hotel was fully booked and he kindly referred me to a nearby place with available rooms. Equally helpful lady receptionist on 14th morning when I finally checked in.
Clean and well-maintained premises. Looks newly renovated. Towels and basic amenities provided. Portable kettle available on request delivered to the room.
Staff are courteous, friendly and with a smile, Housekeeping inclusive.
Location is just behind Bukit Bintang City Centre (under construction). About 5 minutes walking distance to Berjaya Times Square and Bukit Bintang shopping belt. Lots of multicultural food outlets around.
Highly recommended. Will be the place to put up whenever in this part of the town.

extraordinary Hotel

Silent place

The hotel is not really big but the room we stayed is already enough for four persons. The room is clean and comfortable. Amenities and facilities are all good. Staff are accomodating. The place is very near to the KLCC. We just book a grab car for around 8 ringgit everytime we go there. Very accessible to local restaurants and most of all cheap rates :)
