Excellent, have stayed here six times over 3 years.
Pros:

The staff are amazing and very friendly. It’s close to train stations and there is a bus stop right out the front of the property that puts you at Osaka station.

Cons:

Nothing it’s great!!

スタッフの方の応対がとても親切でした。

Cons:

狭いフロントに3人スタッフがいてエレベーターが閉まるまで見送られるのは少し嫌でした。
接客態度は申し分ないので。ただ多いというだけです。

Pros:

We opted for the traditional Japanese breakfast which was excellent, we really enjoyed it.

Cons:

My daughter had a different breakfast and was in a different room and didn't really like being separated

Pros:

Location is perfect if you do not expect to be immediately in the action but perfectly positioned to reach almost any part of Osaka in 20-30 minutes with a direct connection.

Cons:

Essentially there is no lobby. You are immediately met with the reception and elevator. While guests are allowed and stuff is super nice and helpful there is a strange feeling of non-privacy.

Pros:

Unser Zimmer war sehr groß mit einer mega Aussicht. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das Personal sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.
