Geo Beach Hotel Marmaris

I been to Marmaris many times but this hotel is the best one ever I stayed. All staff very kind. You get a lot more then what you paid. See you all next year. Can’t wait!

It is dangerous wires hanging out of ceilings door frames falling off ceiling falling in rotted windows covered with a flag to name a few

Well after having read reviews we had mixed feelings about the hotel but im very pleased to say that our opinion changed straight away.
We were pleasently suprised as couldnt find anything to complain about. As we booked a basic hotel we didnt expect luxury but the room was ideal for what we needed. Could possibly do with updating but did witness maintenance being done while we were there.
The room was cleaned regularly and main hotel was always spotless.
Geo sisters staff were amazing and always did whatever was necessary to make sure we were happy.
While basic we would happily stay again and will visit for food if we are back in marmaris again.
Location is perfect as is central to most things and only a sort taxi ride to the marina with plenty of shops and restaurants in walking distance.

We arrived at the hotel on the 19th September 2025 with having three rooms booked on room for me my wife and daughter one for my two older sons aged 19 and 16 and another for my wife's parents all three roms they gave us all had double beds in ont one room was for a family of three they changed us rooms straight away to even worse rooms then we was given holes in roof wires hanging out the wall next to the shower that was our sons room our second room was just as bad no air con and no lights the third room had its own issues then after we went out the first night the lights didn't work in the third room or the air con the draw was falling off they switch to another room which is ok but not ideal the shower door is hanging off carnt fully close them my sons shower doors don't even close the pole to hold the shower head keeps falling off the wall I went round all three showers and had to put the doors back on myself the hotel is so run down it shouldn't be open they only clean your rooms when you ask for it cleaning and the plus side the location is great geo sisters bar joined on staff was great in helping with the language barrier

After all the negative reviews, I was very worried about staying here. I needn't have been. Yes there were issues but the hotel staff quickly resolved them. In our room, the hairdryer and fridge didn't work but they swapped us to another room immediately, without any fuss. The hotel is spotless, the beds are comfortable, there were some old marks on some of the bedding but the sheets were clean. Rooms were cleaned and linen was changed alternate days. The shower doors didn't fully meet but that didn't cause any issues. The lounge furniture's a bit drab but hey-ho, its not 5-star.. We didn't spend much time there. The turkish breakfast was good, just missing yoghurt and coffee. You do have to request coffee but they will provide it. The hotel staff didn't seem to speak a lot of English but we managed to communicate. The side sea views are spectacular and the location is fantastic. I would return, for the price. Also, the Geo Sisters restaurant, attached to the hotel, served the best steak we've ever had!

We have just come back home from geo beach hotel for our wedding anniversary would like to thank all the staff for the nice time we had ,we got our sea view room with amazing views of the sea, the room was very clean and comfortable all the staff was amazing ,we did have a problem with the hot weather and the lady on reception did tell us how to cope with the weather and was much appreciated thank you and will be returning again in your hotel

I cannot express enough how dirty this hotel is. Bathroom was absolutely stinking. Shower, toilet, sink dirty.

We booked bed and breakfast…. Breakfast was HORRENDOUS breakfast actually had to be paid for.

Book somewhere else. You WILL be very disappointed.

Well just got back after a week staying at the GEO . This hotel is falling apart it's dirty no internet upstairs whats so ever . The first night the room was dirty . The shower door was hanging off , the shower didn't work properly and the dirt inside the shower disgusting. We had no electricity we had to balance a charger on key fobs to keep it on . We got moved to a bigger room. However the bathroom are dirty . The only bonus to this hotel is the restaurant downstairs which is rum by different person the food is 5 star ⭐ and the views

Konaklama iyi geçmedi. Odanın barı boştu. Su bile vermiyorlardı. Oda da ne terlik ne ayna vardı. Servis yoktu. Telefon yoktu. İki kişilik yatak almıştık karı koca ama iki yatağı birleştirmişlerdi. Çıkmak için para iadesini istedik onunda vermediler. O para onlara helal degil. 4 gün kaldık 1 gün oda temizlendi

We arrived on 27th aug at 11pm , we were greeted by staff member , just kept saying didn’t have booking , after 30 mins give side view, was told come bk in morning for sea view that payed for , came at 9am like staff told , once again told come bk at 10 , suprise suprise, still wasn’t sorted , just palmed off , at 3 pm final got our room , what a dump , if wasn’t for those cleaners doing our room , really don’t know what we would have done , as no one would help in reception, top it off our bathroom light was off and air conditioning went off and was told nothing there could do , so absolutely sh… show , would not recommend this hotel!!!!

Konum olarak marmaris sahilde her yere yürüme mesafesinde olan ve tek iyi tarafı konumu. Geriye kalan hizmet, karşılama ,diyalog çok kötü. Odalar pis, banyo duşa kabinde deniz tozları bile duruyordu. Çift olarak tatil için hiç mantıklı bir yer değil. Tamamen tur odaklı bir otel ve gel geç sadece parası alınsın mantığı ile kurgulanmış bir yer

Tam bir fiyat performans oteli. Otel genel olarak yeni ve lüks değil ancak ihtiyaçlarınızı karşılayacak kadar yeterli. Deniz manzaralı odamızda buz dolabı ve klima sorunsuz çalışıyordu. Temizlik daha iyi olabilirdi. Kahvaltı yeterli lezzetli ve doyurucuydu. Her isteğimize pozitif yaklaşan resepsiyonda görevli hanımefendi çok ilgiliydi kendisine teşekkür ediyorum.

Konum olarak güzel fakat klima soğutması oldukça zayıftı ve küçük televizyon koymuşlar görüntü yoktu televizyon seyredemedik

Lovely clean family run hotel, nothing is too much trouble for staff, great food and drinks are very good prices x on beach front so no problems getting a lounger , plenty of bars and places to visit around the hotel and short walk to marina for boat trips,we have been here for three weeks and are returning in September and will be again next year,

The staff are very friendly, couldn’t do enough for you. The views from the rooms are amazing as they overlook the beach/ sea. The foods great, tastes amazing. The chicken curry was a personal favourite. They offer beach service so you don’t have to move to the bar for a drink. The manager is great, is always smiling.

Good value for money rooms very clean and tidy. Beds are comfy
Staff are great and so friendly always happy and chatting to guests.
Food is amazing not one bad meal id definitely stay here again me and my husband have had a wonderful holiday 👍 😃

Lovely personal clean hotel. Loved my stay here . Elif, Hanifi, Dr Tom and Engin were amazing with anything asked.
Such a friendly place. Any minor issues were dealt with immediately.
I chose this hotel for the beach front location . B&B, but ate many meals here too. End of season, but still all were really helpful and welcoming. Had amazing sea front view room. Simple decor but so clean.
Will definitely be back here next season.

The location of the hotel is great, the rooms are cleaned every two days, the service is clean and fast. When I first entered the hotel, my air conditioner was faulty, my complaint was resolved during the day, the food and cocktails were delicious.

Best thing is the shower! With 2 people in the room, one can put their clothes out, the other has to live out of the suitcase. If you need clean sheets, towels or have your room cleaned, you just ask the lady who does the rooms up. Breakfast is the same every day. Hard boil eggs, spicy sausage, olives, tomatoes and cucumber and bread and butter. Tea/no milk. The young lady at the desk is a sweet Hart. Very helpful. She speaks perfect English because she is half English. Hotel right the beach except their beach is full of fag butts. Go a bit along and there are plenty of beds on the beach with clean sand. Just buy something and the beds are free. Loads of bars and entertainment near by with plenty of noise.
