Pros:

It was amazing. The receptionists are very polite and co-operative. The rooms are very comfortable and the breakfast served in the morning is very delicious. And the fruits provided there are superb.

Horrible hotel.
Pros:

Room had cockroaches, towels were dirty, wet and smelt, no hot water for 2 days.

Horrible experience.

Reception service was horrible, bed sheet and blanket was dirty, while check out i had to argue about the unusual charges in my account which they even didn’t know what were those charges for.

Pros:

The hotel is not up to date with facilities and doesn’t look like the pictures online. The staff is not trained well and doesn’t accommodate request. The bathroom is very small. Only plus point is the location right next to airport.

Pros:

The reception and room service responses were not that great. They didn't complete my requests 3 - 4 times, even though I was told this will be done in 5 minutes. They do not take credit card yet, luckily I had the ATM card with me otherwise I had to do dishes and I would have missed my flight.

Didn't stay the night because there was no water
Pros:

I couldn't stay at the place because there was no water that night. Seeing my condition after coming from 24 hr travel the guys agreed to move me to another hotel. I had to wait for 2 hrs and they managed to move me. That's my story
