Centro Salama Jeddah by Rotana

Booked and paid for 2 adults and 1 child. Upon arrival only one bed, asked for an extra bed and wanted 150riyals for the extra bed. Explained the booking includes a child and child needs bed. Still wanted an additional 150riyals per night.

Clean and quiet , very good to stay

I recently spent three nights at Centro Rotana, and my experience was delightful from start to finish. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable. They were always ready to assist with any requests I had, making me feel genuinely welcomed. The atmosphere of the hotel was warm and inviting, which added to my overall enjoyment. I truly appreciated the level of service provided, and I wouldn’t hesitate to book another stay here in the future.

Nice installations. Very decent breakfast. Attentive and friendly customer oriented team on the reception desk. Hotel is at about 15 minutes only by car from the international airport. Room was big enough. Clean too. Bed was comfortable.

The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional. They made check-in easy, and the concierge was very helpful. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. The beds were large and comfortable, and the rooms were well equipped. Special shout out to bellboy Mr. Shaher for his exceptional support.

I recently returned from a very enjoyable and comfortable stay at the Centro Salama during my first visit to Jeddah. The hotel facilities are great and the rooms kept very clean. All staff were very welcoming and friendly and I was made especially welcome by Abdullah at check-in who greeted me by name every time I saw him at reception, and Mominul on the recreation floor when using the gym and pool, both of which are kept beautifully clean. I would highly recommend the hotel and definitely stay again if I ever have the opportunity to visit Jeddah again.

Nice hotel. Stayed only one night and got an upgrade from Abdullah at the reception. Wonderful service from the team. Breakfast had a decent variety but not great taste. Would consider staying again since the location is central.

Overall it was pleasant.

The reception team and cleaning team are excellent and the service they provide is first class. The breakfast food and the team servicing this area is exceptional. The quality of the food is perfect and the manager sets high standards which the team follow and nothing is to much trouble. The chefs provide omelattes, poached and fried eggs on order so always fresh and cooked in an open kitchen which is spotless. Totally enjoyed my stay and would recommend with the facilities being great.

am a regular customer for the hotel but over a period of time , quality has come down in terms of service and room cleanliness / breakfast . need to improve . the hotel doesnt meet requirement of a business traveller . Rooms need refurbisment . Intercom doesnt work all time

My flight from the UK was delayed significantly and whilst I did email the hotel as soon as I could to advise them of my predicament and give them an indicative time of when I was expecting to arrive, they seemed to ignore my email. I had asked if was possible to use the room for a couple of hours on arrival the next day, but was left waiting for 30 minutes on arrival, and ultimately appear to have been charged a full day as a "no show rate" and then a further full day rate "including breakfast" the day after I checked out, for what ended up being less than a 2 hours stay. Whilst room seemed nice, the hotel is directly on a major road in Jeddah and therefore significant traffic noise. Hotel also initially ignored my emails trying to resolve issues, and only eventually responded to me when I complained to Rotana. I have since travelled back to Jeddah, but would not stay here again.

I used to come to jeddah a lot but this is the first time the company booked to me a hotel , it was really amazing from the reception team , housekeeping and laundry service also the guy who is responsible for gym and swimming pool they are all on a high professional standards , I travelled alot and stayed in many hotels in different countries and I can consider my experience here is a WOW 👌 👏
