The location is good, nearby various choice of restaurants and cafe. With the price, they still provide breakfast(basic but good enough), high speed wifi, toothbrushes and shower caps (where some even higher star hotel wont provide). The room and toilet are clean as well.

Cons:

Hard to find parking but understandable due to its hot spot location and there is no elevator, make sure you pack light for the stairs.

The rooms were clean and the malay girl sitting at the counter was friendly and helpful. She prepared the morning breakfast.

Cons:

This hotel does not have a lift. It is difficult for elderly people to take the stairs to reach to their rooms.
