First time here - very good service and facility. Bottled water supplied in the room. Comfy beds.
Breakfast was good, wide variety of local and international options. The wonton soup was pretty good.
Fitness room was acceptable - spacious though the equipment is aging. Upkeep needs to be improved, as the towels were all out, and equipment were not wiped down. Don't know if it's the users, or staff - but they could all use a wipe down.
Pool was very inviting though didn't get a chance to swim. Will try to do that next trip around.
Right opposite a mall - but didn't get to check that out. Looked like a number of food outlets around the block as well.

The Front Desk Reception team were professional, very helpful and courteous; a pleasure to deal with.
The rooms were modern, comfortable and practical.

Very nice hotel! Western beds! Rooms were clean and quiet. Good bathroom with lots of hot water and pressure. Beds were the best that I have had in China yet! If you are a western person and travel much thru China, you know that beds can be... Well... Firm! Not here. Very good sleep. Did not eat at hotel. Huge shopping mall across the street so ate there most of the time. Very nice hotel at a fair price!

A fantastic experience during my stay in Huangshi. The hotel is beautiful, its kept clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

The rooms are large and comfortble with high quality beds and showers.

Great experience

We stayed with a group of students for 7 nights and we cannot fault this hotel at all. We were met by the manager David on arrival and he has been amazing. Nothing has been any trouble for any of the staff. Everyone has been so welcoming and kind to us. I would highly recommend this hotel.l, and if you visit Huangshi please stay here!!

Hotel is clearness, breakfast many choice, staff nicely. Overall is good.

This is the newest and nicest hotel in Huangshi. It follows the Wanda concept of locating a hotel next to a Wanda Mall.

The location is sort of out of the way but if you are looking for a 5 star in Huangshi this is the place to go.

The buffet breakfast is nice. We had poor experiences with lunch and dinner. The mall next door has an extremely nice and spacious Starbucks, a Pizza Hut, McDonalds, KFC and Dairy Queen. The top floor is 90% restaurants of many different types. The mall is new and so are the restaurants so some of them probably will not last long.

We had many business meetings in the lobby and the adjacent lobby lounge. The staff was so new and inexperienced they did not know how to open a bottle or pour a drink. So after the first night I just took care of that. Hopefully things are better now.

We had a very bad experience with a hotel car. I had meetings scheduled one after another and was scheduled to depart at 9:00 AM. When we arrived we were told the driver took another party ahead of us and would be back by 10:00 AM. They hoped I didn't mind. I thought I would have a stroke and had to reschedule my entire day's meetings. When I talked to the general manager he shrugged his shoulders.

We checked out the next day and found a local car service that was dependable and less money.

I have stayed at 2 other Wanda Hotels and had poor experiences at both of them.

But if you really want the closest thing to a 5 Star in Huangshi this is it. We will not be back.
