Location, the host's service, staffs

The staff's name Quyen is not ok. She doesn't have passion. So she did not OK. The staff's name Huong is very good. She can be a good manager in future

Pros:

Everything was great! The bed and blankets were comfortable. The staff, Huong and Quyen, were very friendly and helpful with recommendations for places to explore in Hue. There is also a nice common area where guests can hang out. Thank you for everything!

Khách sạn kh có thang máy, nhân viên kh nhiệt tình cho lắm, kh đc refill nước, chăn ga giặt chưa sạch, tv tầng 3 kh dùng đc, muốn ở thêm từ 12g-15g phải trả thêm hơn 450k (mặc dù tiền phòng 3 ngày 2 đêm là 963k)
