Pros:

Café da manhã ótimo; funcionários muito simpáticos e ajudam com absolutamente tudo que você precisar; muito cômodo pois você pode deixar as malas e ficar no espaço comum mesmo após o check out; com certeza me hospedaria novamente.

Pros:

La experiencia en el hotel fue muy buena, pero quiero destacar especialmente a la recepcionista. Ha sido muy amable, atenta y siempre dispuesta a ayudar en todo momento. Da gusto encontrarse con personas así cuando estás viajando.

Cons:

Como punto a mejorar, al llegar la habitación estaba algo desordenada. Entiendo que al ser compartida puede pasar, pero quizá un poco más de supervisión ayudaría a mantener una mejor organización.

Pros:

I was really pleasantly surprised by Kha Hostel. Considering how cheap it is, the value for money is really good. It is clean and comfortable and I slept really well here. It is in the heart of Hue on one of the walking streets (although tucked away enough to be quiet). The staff - Lily and Lucy - were so kind, welcoming and helpful. They helped me with many local places to eat because I told them I love local food. Hired a scooter and didn’t try to rip me off. They helped me with nice places to visit too. I would definitely recommend, I had a great time here and in Hue.

Cons:

It doesn’t have much of a social area, they could definitely utilize the restaurant area better, but this is just minor. There is only one toilet/shower for my dorm so maybe this isn’t ideal too, sometimes you are waiting. But this is also minor.
