Overall experience is good but need to improve service which mentioned above.

Rooms were pretty good and clean
Only bathroom need maintainance.
Room service staff was good front office staff was good
Housekeeping need to learn manager.(They enter in my room without ringing bell or knocking)

Cons:

Breakfast fast menu have fresh juice but doesn't have actually there.

Food served by kitchen was not upto mark- they served reheated food.
Chicken biryani was pathetic

At the time of checkout I request for water bottle, housekeeping ask me to call reception- is water bottle is that costly that you can't serve it at the time of checkout. When I can pay for 4 nights I can pay for 20 rs as well.
Even room sleepers were on chargeable basis imagin basic room amenities. That is funny

Cons:

The room was not at all good. Torn wallpaper, broken tiles, broken bathroom tap, seepage on the room wall. Such a room should not be offered to the customer.

Good for family but not worth money
Pros:

Clean rooms , good food

Cons:

Bit expensive as property is old and bathroom needs renovation. Faucets were broken. Showers not working and even flush button was broken.
