Hidden Gem
Pros:

Under the stewardship of GM Ms. Pallavi, the entire team are very proactive , service oriented and customer focussed. Good budget set up in Margao. I had a very pleasant stay more 5 days.

Cons:

There would be always some snags here and there, but overall those can be overlooked for the proactive nature of the property and it's staffs.

Clean rooms

We had a wonderful stay at Relax Holiday Home. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. Pros:

The hotel staff,a female,in night duty,may be her name is gopi was very un courteous towards us.she was not helpful in helping with shifting our luggage from the cab n cited lack of staff in the hotel n the hotel did not provide service after certain time in the night as we requested for late check in in v/o our flight delay.
The room offered to us did not have working fan n AC leaked like he'll making the whole gloom wet.I sent the video of the same to the female staff but she was fast asleep n did not respond.
Next day after few arguments she changed our room but here exhaust fan was not functioning. But I didn't not want to change the hotel because I had a small kid n heavy luggage to shift.The manager in the morning (also a female)was no better. She defended that AC was in good condition before we arrived. Both were rude and didn't have the hospitality nature to speak to another female.The night staff didn't even attempt to help me even i requested for early breakfast by 8.15am since I had to leave for my official work by 8.30am.she said staff was not there to prepare food n it will be prepared only by 8am(although she only provided stale out sourced upma n idly n plain milk ).
Overall pathetic experience. Female Travellers should avoid this hotel for sure. Onlyoncei decided to check out early n stay in another hotel did the manager apologized for the night staff behavior but by that time it was late. It was the worst experience of my stay as Traveller with a small kid in relax holiday home.
The male staff in morning had more compassionate and courteous to us n made our stay bit easy.
Rest was all worst.

The night staff's rude un cooperative behaviour.Her attitude saying its ok if customer dont comeback to tge hotel.(anyways she will get her salary right).manager asking me to pay everyday(inspite of me paying 1 d rent)was uncalled for inspite of telling her that I will pay while checking out.
Room are old n walls are damaged becos of water leakage from AC n fans won't work.
Breakfast is pathetic n the night lady very strict n provides what she has n not what we ask.
