Pros:

Location was good.

Cons:

The room was dirty, moldy, there were a lot of bugs. Bathroom didn't look clean at all, showerhead was completely broken and all the water from bathtub emptied on bathroom floor, so it was flooded after every shower.

Ask for receipt!
Pros:

Good value for Hanoi and quit location.

Cons:

The staff was nice, but when i wanted to leave at 3 am for the airport, the young man at reception said i havent paid. i paid 2 days ago the pretty girl at reception in cash. When i ask for a receipt she said not necessary because it would be noticed in the system. So make absolutly sure they give you a receipt when paying by cash.

Pleasant stay thank you
Pros:

The staff was helpful and friendly and the manager speaks english if you have any problems as to speak to her very kind.And the location is very good.There's a shop nearby where you can get alcohol and food for cheap.So really convenient

Dịch vụ của khách sạn rất tốt nhân viên nhiệt tình cởi mở
Loại phòng tôi đặt trên Booking đã hết, các bạn đã up cho lên phòng khác rộng hơn mà không thêm phí.

Cons:

Điều hòa quá cũ nên rất ồn khiến tôi khó đi vào giấc ngủ

Mặc dù tiện nghi quá đơn sơ nhưng cũng tương đối sạch

Cons:

Phòng trên tầng 6, không có thang máy lên, thang bộ thì chỉ vừa 1 người đi, phòng gần máy bơm nước tiếng động cả ngày, giá phòng trên Web là gần 1tr nhưng tiện nghi quá đơn sơ, nước quá yếu, tắm gội cực kỳ khó chịu, gội đầu xong còn không có máy sấy tóc.

Not a 5 star hotel but good value for money and friendly service.
Pros:

Friendly service despite language barrier. Initially hot water was not working in the bathroom but receptionist fixed it.

Facilities had a slight smell.
