The location is close to UPLB and crossing. So many walkable places to eat at. I stayed for 3 nights in one of their presidential suites. The rooms were clean. I would recommend a mirror in the master’s bathroom in 315.
The staff are so kind and very accommodating.
The room was large and clean. The AC and outlets worked.
I did not like the layout - parking was inconvenient. It was a long hike to the front desk, and then you have to walk all the way back to the elevator.

This hotel is about the best in Los Banos but it is not what most western travellers would be looking for. There are no facilities such as restaurants, bars, gym or even lounge areas. It is just accommodation.
The staff is unfriendly and I don't understand that breakfast starts at 10 o'clock.
We stayed in Standard room and was spaciously good sized and has separate toilet and shower, with very basic toiletries provided.
There was no privacy in toilet with window and there are no blackout curtains or blinds in room. There was even a clear GAP of about 5 inches at the balcony door.
PROS: We enjoyed our stay here! Great convenient location and spacious accommodations (2 separate bedrooms and bathrooms for three guests!) with air conditioning in every room. Laid out like an apartment, felt like home. Breakfast and coffee were excellent at Cafe Ella. Staff was very friendly and responsive, repairing clogged shower in a timely fashion and always checking we had everything we needed. Nice balconies off the master bedroom and living room.
CONS: Wifi strength was poor to nonexistent. There was a moldy smell upon entry that staff tried to remedy with air freshener. Parts of master bathroom were dusty and had cobwebs, clean but obviously not used for a while, nothing major. Presidential suite 315 could use a small mirror in the master bathroom.
OVERALL recommended, we would stay here again!
The room was nice. The view at the back was nice. The place is accessible to lots of shop and restaurants. It’s the construction on going we didn’t like because it looked very messy.
