Pros:

Sincèrement je ne comprend pas comment cette établissement a pu avoir autant d'étoile. Premièrement nous avons eu un accueil des plus ordinaire, voir même froid. Aucune explication, le propriétaire ne nous as même pas laisser la clef. J'ai du retourner lui demander. Nous étions censé avoir des bouteilles d'eau gratuite, et au finale aucune bouteille d'eau durant les 4 jours que nous y avons passer. A notre arrivé vers 16h, la chambre ne semblait pas être prête, ont aurait dis qu'il sont aller la faire en vitesse. Durant nos 4 jours ils sont passer faire le ménage (et il faut le dire vite voir les photos) seulement 1 fois. Sur les commentaires nous avons lu chambre spacieuse, la chambre est super petite, par contre je dois dire que le lit est confortable. J'ai vraiment l'impression que notre face ne leur est pas revenu, dès notre arrivée, et pourtant nous sommes des voyageurs hyper respectueux des lieux, des gens. C'est a peine si nous avions droit a un salut de la part du personnel. Le propriétaires était avec sa gang d'ami un soir, et nous avons vraiment eu l'impression de déranger. Ma copine a demander de l'eau chaude pour un thé, et la réaction a été de pointer du dois les thermos au sol. Le lendemain pas d'eau chaude, bref, j'ai visiter plusieurs homestay, dans plusieurs pays, et plusieurs au Vietnam et jamais au grand jamais nous avons eu droit a ce traitement. Si j'avais l'option de ne mettre aucun étoile c'est ce que je ferais. Dernier point il est censé avoir un bain

Almost perfect
Pros:

Amira is a cozy homestay with a family that really want you to feel at home. It is a 5 min walk from Tam Coc centre and has a landly feel to it. The room was small but nice. We rented bicycles and a motorbike from the host. The host and hostess dont speak much English, but seems to understand alot. The food in the restaurant was great.

We had a great stay at Amira all but from one thing. We bought bustickets here. They were very expensive and costed 500.000 VND a piece. When we got to the bus, other people had bought it for 200.000 VND.

Spacious clean homestay tucked behind Tam Coc Pier
Pros:

We had a fantastic one night stay at Amira's Homestay. Communication, from start to finish, was very easy, and they were always happy to accommodate all of our requests - from lunch to borrowing bikes to filling up our reusable water bottle. It is a great family that runs the Homestay, and the food is delicious! The room was large, modern, cool and had a nice shower/bathroom combo. We would absolutely stay here again when we are in the area.
