Besser hätte es nicht kommen können
Pros:

Ein Ort zum Entspannen. Schöne innovative Zimmer mit guten Betten. Die Idee mit der Küche/Aufenthaltsraum ist genial. Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage, außerhalb der Stadtmauern und doch ist alles fußläufig erreichbar. Wir werden sicher wiederkommen.

Cons:

Da in unserem Zimmer nur 1 Regal vorhanden war, war kein Platz um den Koffer auszuleeren und alles lag am Boden.
Fußböden, Glaswände und Toilette sollten vom housekeeping mehr Beachtung finden.

Hotel novo, bonito, moderno. Dá para ir caminhando desde a estação de trem e é quase ao lado da entrada da muralha. Água refrescante como .cortesia na chegada. Travesseiros confortáveis. Chuveiro bo

Infelizmente, tinhamos uma boa expectativa devido às excelentes avaliações e também ao valor (caro) da hospedagem. Então vou comentar sobre os motivos da nossa frustração.
1. Chegamos de trem as 13:30 horas sob um calor de 35 graus, empurrando as malas e a porta do hotel estava fechada. Havia um interfone ao lado da porta, e fomos informados de que deveríamos fazer o check-in em outro hotel a alguns metros dali.
2. No check in, feito as 15 horas, foi solicitado o pagamento da diária ja paga antecipadamente. A recepcionista, gentilmente, se desculpou. Isso nao seria um problema se a diária nao tivesse sido cobrada NOVAMENTE na saída, o que caracteriza uma desorganização em relação à administração do hotel. Além disso, no Café-da-manha l (que é bom, mas não excelente), passamos por outra situação que nos desagradou. Apesar de ser um hotel amplamente self-service, o café com leite deveria ser solicitado a um funcionário que teria acesso à máquina do café. Solicitamos, e houve grande demora. O funcionário se desculpou e afirmou que havia demorado pois precisou fazer o check out de outro hóspede. Se o hotel nao tem funcionários em número suficiente para todas as funções, por que nao deixam uma máquina de café disponível aos hóspedes?
3. Muitas, muitas escadas, sem elevador. Após chegarmos exaustos e com malas, tivemos de subir 4 lances de escadas.
4. Quarto apertado e sem funcionalidade.Era impossível deitar-se ao lado direito da cama sem bater a cabeça no teto rebaixado, por se tratar do último andar. O vaso sanitário e o chuveiro ficavam exatamente dentro do quarto separados por uma porta de vidro, de forma que, se você fechasse a porta do chuveiro, a porta do vaso sanitário se abria. (Uma única porta para as duas funções).
5. Quarto extremamente quente, batia muito sol ao final da tarde, e o ar condicionado nao era suficiente.

Great hotel in convenient location
Pros:

Great location for the old town. Food was great for a Michelin restaurant. Breakfast was fab. Hotel was perfect for us and the dog as the hotel allowed him with us at meal times.
