הזמנו שלושה חדרים אותו הדבר שתיים מהם היו בסדר. והחדר השלישי ככל הנראה מחוסר מקום היה קטן משמעותית פינתי והרגיש כמו ממד. עם לכלוך על המיטה ומשהו בגג ליד הכניסה לשירותים שנראה שעומד לקרוס ושבר בדלת. ביקשנו להחליף לחדר כמו שהיינו אמורים לקבל ודרשו מאיתנו תוספת נוספת של 120 שקל בטענה ששאר החדרים זה מיטות נפרדות. בקבלה היו שני אנשים הבחורה הייתה מסבירת פנים עשתה השתדלות והגבר היה לא נעים ומתחכם. לבסוף לא היה מענה לבקשתנו. ואנחנו בוודאות לא נחזור למקום הזה שמזלזל זלזול בלתי סביר בלקוחות. בצ׳ק אאוט נשאלנו איך היה. בכלל לא היה נראה איכפת לו ישר נפנף אותנו העיקר שנלך משם. חוסר מקצועניות ותחושת השפלה להזמנה לא זולה בכלל לילה אחד

‏ארוחת בוקר מצויינת ומיקום נהדר. הצוות צוות ידידותי ויעיל. עולה 65 שקל ללילה ובחדר שלנו המזגן נפל ישירות על המיטה מה שהיה קצת לא נעים, בכל מקרה מלון מצוין ונחזור שוב!

את רונית מנהלת קשרי האורחים. את היחס החם והתמיכה והליווי האישי וההתייחסות לכל הפרטים קטנים כגדולים. זה עשה לנו את השהיה לחוויה מעולה ונדירה.
כמו כן את יחס צוות הקבלה והמציל בבריכה.

הצוות היה מאד אדיב, ארוחת הבוקר היתה עשירה וטעימה.
Pros:

החדר היה גדול ומרווח, המזגן פעל וחרר את החדר( בחוץ היה חם), לכל אחד מאיתנו היה בקבוק שתיה.
הזמנתי שמיכה נוספת תוך דקות השמיכה הגיעה.

Cons:

א. אי אפשר היה להנמיך את העוצמה של הטלויזיה.
ב. הרמקול של הטלויזיה היה באמבטיה, שזה קצת מוזר.
ג. אין חניה למלון אלא בתשלום, מידע זה לא כתוב בשום מקום.
