The front desk doesn’t help at all they never cleaned the room the give us bed sheets smells like cigarettes every time i asked them to clean the room or change the sheets they simply ignores me

De Maree Hotel in Sultanahmet is an average choice for accommodation. Its main advantage is the prime location, close to dining shops and within walking distance of key tourist attractions like the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia.

La buena ubicación, pero no limpian nunca, muy sucio, las cosas desbaratada, no tienen cuidado, poca información, los de recepción siempre están durmiendo, no se enteran de nada. Pero lo peor es la suciedad, no cambian toallas, la basura la dejan en las escaleras, suciedad terrible.

Zimmer wurde nicht regelmäßig gereinigt, und es hat immer wieder an Handtücher, Toilettenpapier gefehlt, nach ein paarmal Anforderung dann kam was. Wir mussten immer wieder darauf hinweisen, dass das Zimmer gereinigt werden muss, würde versprochen aber nichts gemacht.

This hotel needs big improvements in many aspects.staff has no idea how a hotel works,wont clean rooms ,wont provide with clean bed sheets or towels.washroom had an exhaust fan which had water leaking from it.
I wont recommend this place to anyone at all so avoid this place at all cost,was there with family and had to find another accomodation in a different hotel.

Die Zimmer sind schön groß und die Betten sind auch gut. Das Hotel hat keinen Aufzug. Hier wimmelt es von Katzen. Die Frühstücksauswahl ist sehr klein. Die Zimmer sind sehr schmutzig und es wird nicht täglich gereinigt.

Was very happy with staff
The area was pleasant and clean.

When we arrived at the hotel after a very long flight, we were made to wait for nearly 45 minutes as the room was not cleaned. We arrived past the check in time, so we didn’t expect to be kept waiting. The room was overall fine but it was in the basement facing the street. It was difficult to sleep at night because of the noise from outside. The staff at the front desk were helpful as needed.

A great place to stay, its about 15 minutes walk to sultanahmet area. There are plenty of restaurants, cafes and shops around this hotel too.
The only issue we had was the toilets not flushing but it got solved as soon as we told the staff.
Its a decent hotel for a short stay. We stayed in the family room and there was plenty of space for us all.

This is your basic hotel but the location was amazing as grand bazaar and blue mosque area are walkable distance from hotel. Shops near by and room cleaned when requested. Met our needs Thank you
