Everyone was so nice, the room was very clean, and had a very inviting atmosphere.
Pros:

They left a hand written note in our room thanking us for our stay. The people at the front desk were so sweet and helpful!

Cons:

The bed was a little firm but I know it keeps the material from breaking down quickly.

Great experience. From the moment we walked in we were greeted and all set to go to our very clean room. Zero complaints. This is the third time I've stayed at this hotel in the past month. Wonderful location to the College and surrounding shopping areas
