Pros:

Great experience. From the moment we walked in we were greeted and all set to go to our very clean room. Zero complaints. This is the third time I've stayed at this hotel in the past month. Wonderful location to the College and surrounding shopping areas

Heated pool, clean rooms, friendly staff, fantastic breakfast(be sure to add to your room at booking rather than at the location) hotel bar we had a wonderful time visiting

I enjoyed my stay and would stay again

It was nice and clean and it looked nice and safe

Cons:

Some of the guests were taking up two parking spaces. And it smelled like someone was smoking marijuana in the parking lot.

My stay was absolutely deplorable!
Pros:

My stay was horrible! This hotel is a dump. I was kind to the staff and was specific in my ask regarding how unclean, unkept, and horrible the conditions of not one room was but, the second room that was assigned to us. The room had mold, filthy sheets, a dent in the mattress, rusted furniture, a filthy microwave, an even dirtier bathroom, and staff who basically called me a liar and were very unhelpful. Do not stay here!

Cons:

This place could’ve been much cleaner. The staff could’ve been more helpful than being annoyed. I wasn’t rude, upset, or combative I was purely providing them with areas of opportunity to make my expensive stay better. This place was filthy, I repeat do not stay here.
