This properly is the most terrible part of the trip in Vietnam, and it ruins the trip forever if you don’t want to make the image of your trip to be so bad. You should not book here. It kinda scams people. They don’t respond and it happened to other customers too.

I had a wonderful stay at Radisson Luxury Apart. Clean, modern, and convenient. The check-in process was smooth and the host was very helpful. Access to the gym and the huge park is a big plus. Would definitely book again!

Căn hộ được dọn dẹp rất sạch sẽ và bày trí theo phong cách tối giản, mang lại cảm giác thoải mái, dễ chịu ngay khi bước vào. Chiếc giường với ga trắng tinh tươm càng tạo ấn tượng về sự gọn gàng và tinh tế. Tôi và gia đình thực sự rất thích không gian này và đã mong muốn có thể ở lại lâu hơn. Cons:

Đồ dùng cũ kỹ, chất lượng kém, không đủ đồ dùng sinh hoạt. Phòng bí, mở cửa ban công thì mùi không khí không dễ chịu dù ngay gần sông. Các căn hộ tòa đối diện nhìn thẳng sang, không có sự riêng tư.

When I alerted the host that I was on the way to the property, they asked for more money to stay there. When I said no, the host ghosted me. The address is not correctly depicted. The property is not at the listed address.

Pros:

Host made contact and answer promptly. But they will make you wait till the last minute to check in and cancel your booking without saying anything. Eventho I mention I am at locations awaiting they say they can check you in till 2 pm. I waited 3 hrs!! They will still answer your messages at 1:34pm never pick your phone calls.. only able to reply thru messages.. then at 1:54pm got notifications booking has been cancelled
