Las señoritas de front desk y todo el personal es muy muy amable.

Cons:

El estacionamiento con el que tienen convenio que está sobre la misma calle un poco más adelante: Falta un poquito de organización porque aunque ya habíamos pagado el estacionamiento en el hotel, no nos creían y cada vez que sacamos el coche tenían que verificar si era cierto. Tal vez si hubiera un registro que se compartieran entre los hoteles o con que te sellaran el boleto indicando que ya está pagado, sería menos tardado sacar el coche.

Perfect Location
Pros:

Beautiful hacienda style hotel.
We were right on the corner, with 2 balconies.
Once we closed the doors and shutters. Not too much noise.
Excellent location. Close to everything.
Staff are very helpful

My Daughter and I had a great stay at Hotel Milagro. Communication was excellent from start to finish, which made everything easy and stress-free. The location is perfect—right in the heart of Puebla and walkable to everything in the historic center. The staff was consistently kind and welcoming, and the on-site restaurant was a great bonus with solid food and a good atmosphere. Overall, a really enjoyable and well-run place to stay.

Pros:

Nos encantó la ubicación, el personal fue muy amable, y habitación realmente amplia. La cama era muy grande y muy cómoda! El patio interior es precioso.

Había humedades en las paredes, y encontramos manchas en las sábanas.

Pros:

The place looks good but is not

Cons:

Shower didnt look clean. Towels were old with stains.
Constant noises from the hall. No privacy, since I could hear every conversation from the room next to me. Smell from the bathroom took over the whole room.
