la casona hermosa.camas excelente,estacia y localización perfectas.lugares de interés muy cerca,zocalo de la ciudad cerca, seguridad bien.
las televisiones nunca agarraron ningún canal.no cuenta con estacionamiento, el carro se queda como a un kilometro y hay que pagar extra.
L’hotel è in un bellissimo palazzo storico in posizione molto centrale. Le camere sono spaziose e confortevoli.

Solo cambiaría las almohadas por unas mas suaves.
En especial, el recepcionista del turno de la tarde es sumamente amable. Él es muy atento y te ayuda con el estacionamiento/parquímetro. Siempre están en comunicación y es muy cómodo y limpio.
Pagué el precio más alto de habitación 1300 y obtuve la habitación más pequeña que me habían dado nunca en ese hotel. El frigobar no servía, no hay ventanas en el cuarto El Parral, no hay tina, no hay cafetera. Por el precio no se ajusta a los servicios.
I liked the look of a Spanish hacienda and the fact that they had a restaurant in House. The stuff was very kind and helpful. The location made it easy to walk to the attractions in the city.
Every single night we heard all of the noise of the city, so we couldn’t really sleep. There was not extra toilet paper, or an iron in the room. So we always had to go down to the front desk and ask for some. On the last morning of our stay We had no water when we bought it up to them. They said we had to eat 1015 minutes so they can refill the water. Which means that we had to leave without showering so we would make it on time to our plane. Although the restaurant was delicious, I do believe we got incredibly sick from eating there. Not sure if this is the ice in the water or the water itself.
The toilet did not work. We could not use it. The shower did not have hot water even after waiting for 5 minutes. The sink would get clogged up with just washing hands. The bath door would not close all the way - it stayed open for 2-3 inches so there was no privacy. These are very basic things which one expects from any hotel

Esta muy bien ubicado y el lugar es muy bonito, la gente muy amable y el lugar en general es muy limpio.
El agua en la regadera se encharca muy fácil y se sale a la habitacion

Las señoritas de front desk y todo el personal es muy muy amable.
El estacionamiento con el que tienen convenio que está sobre la misma calle un poco más adelante: Falta un poquito de organización porque aunque ya habíamos pagado el estacionamiento en el hotel, no nos creían y cada vez que sacamos el coche tenían que verificar si era cierto. Tal vez si hubiera un registro que se compartieran entre los hoteles o con que te sellaran el boleto indicando que ya está pagado, sería menos tardado sacar el coche.
Muy limpio y cómodo, además de muy buen precio y súper cerca del centro.
