Cons:

Pros:

Très bon rapport qualité prix pour une nuit de transit. La chambre est vraiment grande et propre, la douche chaude avec pression.
Préférez les chambres au deuxième, avec grande terrasse, on y est très bien.

Comfortable room, where everything worked as it should including nice hot shower. Excellent location, although this became somewhat of a double edged sword. Friendly owner and staff.

Cons:

The central location meant there was a lot of late night noise from the nearby clubs and bars.

Pros:

There was a nice outdoors sitting area. The location was good. There was also a kitchen if you wanted to use it.

Cons:

I didn't feel all that comfortable there. It was kind of junky. Beds were okay, but I would not return there.

Excelente localização, pertinho da rua Santander, onde estão localizados restaurantes e artesanato. Os funcionários são muito cordiais . O quarto é amplo e um maravilhoso chuveiro com água quente.

A good option off the main drag.
Pros:

Very cute decor. The roof terrace and kitchen were great and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The water in our shower on the top floor was cold. The toilet bin in our bathroom wasn’t emptied during our stay. There was a loose corrugated tin sheeting on the roof which made a huge noise in the wind and kept us awake at night.

Mucha amabilidad
Pros:

La amabilidad del personal fue insuperable y bastante mejor a lo que encontramos en otros hospedajes de Guatemala. Nos ayudaron a lavar nuestra ropa sucia y las personas que atienden siempre muy pendientes para ver cómo hacían nuestra instancia más agradable.

Cons:

Los colchones de las camas no son los mejores, pero tampoco es algo tan grave.

Pros:

The hotel is in a very central location, just at the top of Calle Santander, but tucked away on a small backstreet/alley so nice and quiet. Lovely terraces full of plants where you can sit and eat or hang out and decent communal kitchen with free drinking water.

The room was a good size and bathroom had great, hot shower. Staff were also wonderful and helpful. Check in was very easy.

Cons:

Only issue was the mattress wasn’t the most comfortable. Also, the shower was quite slow draining.
