期待以上に快適
Pros:

共有スペースが良かった
水やインスタントコーヒーのサービス。共有の冷蔵庫。アメニティがあるなど。
たまたまだったかもしれないが、宿泊者のマナーが皆さん良かった。

Cons:

2段ベッドの上段だったが階段が登りにくい。
荷物整理するのに部屋が暗くて困った

The bed was extremely comfortable and all the facilities were very clean. The staff were very easy to deal with and English speaker like myself and were very friendly

最寄駅が、少し遠い。その駅周辺、または宿泊施設近辺に気軽に入れる喫茶店的店舗があまりない。宿泊施設までにコンビニは何店舗かあるが．施設の近くにはない。

最悪。筋が通っていない顧客対応

Cons:

◾️宿泊予約したが、部屋が用意されていなかった
フロントのタブレットでチェックインコードを入力しても、部屋が割り当てられていないと表示され、電話にも応答してもらえず、立ち往生を食らった。

◾️謝罪の一言もなし
上記に際して、一言も謝罪がなくただ予約キャンセル処理がなされただけ。

Pros:

L'hôtel est beau,
l'équipe et souriant et disponible,
à bon prix et bien équipé,
c'est calme et proche des stations et des zones touristiques.

Cons:

On est resté une semaine et malheureusement a uncun moment on nous a refait les lits ou changé les draps.
