他の宿泊者の民度にかなり左右されます。私は最悪でした。
Pros:

場所が上野駅から少し歩いた場所にあり、近くにコンビニやご飯屋も多く便利なロケーション。カプセルホテルだが、アメニティも多くとても便利でした。

Cons:

女性専用ドミトリーを利用しましたが、同じフロア内にシャワー、洗面台、トイレ、荷物ロッカーがあり、とにかく夜中の音がうるさいです。またアジアからの旅行者の女性がおそらく同じ国？の男性を女性専用フロアに連れ込んでいるのを見て恐怖でした。また12:00以降夜中にチェックインした人が何度も私のカーテンを間違えて開けてくるため、気が休まらず怖かったです。22:00以降のシャワーや荷物の出し入れは基本的に控えるように張り紙があるにも関わらず、全く遠慮する様子もなく喋りながら扉を開けたままドライヤーで髪を乾かす午前2時、この空間で誰が安心して寝られますか？日本の方にはおすすめしません。どうしても価格を抑えたいならば、マナー遵守を呼びかけてくれる別のカプセルホテルに泊まることをおすすめします。

遅い時間チェックインの方気をつけてください。
女性専用のフロアを予約してフロアにシャワーがあることも確認していました。

私は夜23時ごろにチェックインし
シャワーブースに行きそこで初めて
23:00〜08:00は女性専用フロアのシャワーが禁止されていることを知りました。

張り紙には専用フロアでの
23:00〜08:00までのシャワーブースの使用ドライヤーの使用禁止、一階共有スペースのみ使用可能とありました。

まず、女性専用で予約しているにも関わらず
時間帯により使用制限があることを伝えられていなかったこと

一階のシャワーブースは1箇所しかなく
並んでいたことや、男性客と共有で1箇所でした。偶然前に待っていたのも男性で
穴を簡単に横に回したら開けらる仕様の鍵で、少し外で誰かが待機しているか不安でしたし、
シャワー時間も15分以内でお願いしますと案内があり厳しかったです。

事前のチェックイン方法が記載のメールや予約サイトを確認しましたが、なんの記載もありませんでした。

予約案内のページや事前案内のメールに記載した方がいいと思います。

Pros:

Provided basic necessities with free, no additional charge. Such as amenities and free water refill.
Location is so strategic, easily access to Yamanote Line, Ginza Line, and Keisei Skyliner for airport transportation

Cons:

Some spots need to clean properly, to make more guest stay is more comfortable. Such as the air conditioner and exhaust filter. When I stay, I always sneezing, because many small dust around the area.

Below my bed is not cleaned properly, there are still previous guest items below my bed

Decent hostel to stay at
Pros:

Helpful staff, fresh towels daily, nice lobby, decently safe

Cons:

On the more expensive side and beds get pretty warm at night. Main complaint is that if you're coming with a suitcase there's not a safe place to put it - small lockers were provided but nothing for anything bigger than a backpack

Might be nice but didn't want the four flights of stairs...
Cons:

Unfortunately the hotel does not have a lift, and while we later realized this is made clear on the ad, we missed it, and would never have booked if we had realized it. Carrying out bags up four flights of stairs is not ideal.
