Pros:

The hotel and restaurant staff were amazing. If you book please book a room on the second floor. Rooms by the pool have a moldy smell. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would book again.

Pros:

service was average, location wasn't great, the room was ok. The hotel restaurant was bad! they had 4 beers on the menu, but only had 1 in stock. The food was okay, but that was it, just okay. We asked for 2 different desserts, both of which were also not available and the one we had (creme brulee) was terrible. We checked out the next day.

the staff were trying their best, but they haven't received ample training. The hotel is noisy, not in a great location. Do not recommend.

Pros:

This hotel had everything i needed. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I would recommend having a simple flyer at the front desk or in the rooms explaining Gojek and maybe some nearby attractions.

Excellent stay.
Pros:

I highly recommend staying here. Great location, clean, great staff and the most comfortable beds in the world. Excellent stay.

Pros:

Overall this hotel was OK vs price paid. There were a few small stains in the bed sheets, the food was overpriced & below average quality. Also noticed the hotel was not as clean as other hotels for similar price in Bali. Another small negative was it was reasonably with people talking from my poolside room..I would possibly stay again but only for less $$

Great hotel
Pros:

Great hotel, clean, nice swimming pool, kind staff. Breakfast was the only problem but there are many options outside of the hotel. I would come back for sure.
