A home beyond my home
Pros:

Surprisingly amazing, Our stay at O HOTEL was exceptional. I did not expect that much with regards to accommodation, But the staff were friendly and the room was beyond comfortable. The location is very convenient with no traffic congestion! I love the parking area of the Hotel so convenient . Thank you O HOTEL Bacolod - for providing a home beyond my home.

Helpful Staff, Clean Bathroom w/ Hot Water & Water Pressure, & a Comfy Bed!
Pros:

The staff was the best we've encountered and cleanliness was outstanding. We travel to and from Bacolod every few months and our biggest issue has been cleanliness & water pressure. Out of our last 5 stays in Bacolod, O Hotel is the best. Great helpful staff, clean room, and great water pressure with hot water!

Cons:

The WiFi was Under Repair. Luckily we still had some Load on our Sim. Everything else was 5/5.

So so. People are great! The buffet isn't. Location is great.
Pros:

I like the location and their parking area.

Cons:

Their breakfast buffet is not worth it. They only have the same food two days straight and only egg, chorizo pakbet. How can someone eat pakbet on breakfast? I was somehow expecting choices of ham, egg, spam or corned beef or bacon rather than pakbet? And you can't even order ala carte if they are serving breakfast buffet which I find unreasonable given the choices of food.
