Le camere non corrispondo assolutamente alle foto… avevo prenotato per una stanza con l’idromassaggio, che ovviamente non funzionava e lasciamo stare l’acqua calda… che non arrivava. Abbiamo chiamato in struttura per farci mettere l’acqua calda(robe fuori dal normale), dopo 20 min quasi di attesa e due solleciti è venuto il titolare(penso) a controllare con la scusa del “mi spiace ma la motivazione è perché tutti si stanno facendo la doccia calda e a voi non arriva l’acqua calda”, è la prima volta che sento una cosa del genere, pessimo. Abbiamo pagato per un servizio che non abbiamo avuto. La stanza minuscola, sporca, come anche il bagno, da dove cadevano degli insetti dalla lampada in bagno… a dir poco pietoso. Sta di fatto che dopo neanche 1h ce ne siamo andati chiedendo i soldi indietro, e oltre alla solita scusa che continuava a dirci ci ha pure chiesto se avremmo fatto una recensione negativa sull’hotel, CI MANCA CHE NON LA FACCIO, DOPO 1H PER CERCARE UN PARCHEGGIO E UN VIAGGIO DI 6H MI RITROVO UNA STANZA IN QUELLO STATO, VI SEMBRA NORMALE? Altro che 3 stelle, 1 stella è anche tanto! Anziché mettere la piscina, pensate a mettere a posto le stanze!
