Great hotel, great vacation.
Pros:

Estancia cómoda, pero un poco cara.

El ambiente tranquilo. Habitación limpia y con aire acondicionado.

Cons:

Nos despertaron las señoras de la limpieza a las 8:30 cuando nuestro check Out no era hasta las 10 y estábamos descansando. Se les oía hablar fuerte por los pasillos.
Cuando bajamos a desayunar, quedaban pocas cosas, aunque fueron amables y repusieron lo que no había. Me esperaba que el servicio de bicis fuera gratuito dado el coste elevado del Hotel.,

Die Lage ist gut, alles fußläufig erreichbar, kleines familiengeführtes Hotel, alle sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit

Schöne Anlage mit tollem Pool, freundlichem Personal, guter Lage und einem gemütlichen Zimmer, allerdings mit deutlichen
Pros:

Besonders gut gefallen haben uns der schöne und gepflegte Pool sowie das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal. Die Lage war ebenfalls hervorragend und ideal für Ausflüge (z.B. Pisa oder Lucca) und für Tage am Meer. Auch das Zimmer war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Es konnten ebenfalls Velos gemietet werden für 10.-/Tag.

Cons:

Leider war die Rezeption häufig nicht ausreichend besetzt. Die Mitarbeiterin war sehr oft in Telefonate verwickelt und hatte dadurch kaum Zeit, auf Fragen oder andere Anliegen einzugehen. Ausserdem haben wir bei der Ankunft weder das WLAN-Passwort noch weitere wichtige Informationen zum Hotel oder zur Umgebung erhalten. Hier wäre eine bessere Information und Betreuung der Gäste wünschenswert gewesen.
