Very friendly and nice staff, always at your dipsosal. Very nice breakfast. Clean rooms. Close to beach.

Cons:

Very thin walls between rooms, you can hear your neighbours. Very noisy early in the morning at 7 am they start cleaning and you can hear they pulling and pushing furnitures. A 3 bedroom room is as tiny as a two bedroom. The bathroom in the sea view room is outrageous. There was no separate space for showering, and the water flooded the bedroom.

Polecam każdemu zarówno z dziećmi jak i we dwoje.
Pros:

Doskonała lokalizacja! Wychodziliśmy z hotelu praktycznie w kostiumach prosto na super plażę z którą hotel współpracuje i jest zniżka. Plaża ma plac zabaw, prysznice a co najbardziej nam się podobało to przy parasolu i leżakach zamykana szafka na telefon czy pieniądze i spokojnie można iść do wody. Na przeciwko hotelu supermarket i przystanek autobusowy a także kilka fajnych restauracji na obiad czy kolację. Nasz pokój nr 15 był niewielki ale wystarczający , klimatyzacja działa bez zarzutu a super sprawą jest wiatrak na suficie, osobiście nie lubię spać przy klimatyzacji więc po wychłodzeniu pokoju na noc zostawialiśmy sam wiatrak. Mieliśmy też boczny widok na morze. Korzystaliśmy z rowerów hotelowych super!
Wiemy że hotel ma większe pokoje i planujemy wrócić z dziećmi. Smaczne śniadania na słono i słodko dla nikogo nie zabraknie bo sama właścicielka wszystko pilnuje i na bieżąco donosi i wszystkiego dogląda.

Tolles Haus in lieber Führung zum sehr guten Preis-Leistungsverhältnis
Pros:

Frau Carlotta ist sehr um die Gäste bemüht. Die Lage direkt in Strandnähe ist ein Segen und Fluch zugleich.
Frühstück war immer in Ordnung, allerdings etwas Abwechslung im Sortiment könnte nicht schaden.

Die Lage in Strandnähe ist Segen und Fluch zugleich, nächtliche Ruhe bei geöffneten Fenster genießen ist nicht möglich... Der nächtliche Umtrieb der Rimini Urlauber und Bewohner ist ziemlich laut, leider...
Daher bleibt immer nur die Klimaannalage und die damit verbundenen Erkältungen...
