Keluh kesah nginep, baru kali ini ngalamin menginap yang gk nyaman secara mental.
Pros:

Sesuai harga lah gk berharap lebih, hanya saja banyak sekali komplen nya, gk recommended bngt mnrt saya.

Cons:

Pertama, di aplikasi bayar hanya 190.000 sampe tempat bayar 220.000,ok lah gk masalah. Cuma masalah nya, lanjut kedua, sampe ruanga ampun bau rokok, pdhal di apk request ada plihan yg jgn bukan tempat rokok, bekas abu rokok pd hitam bnyak sekali di titik tempat tidur, contoh seperti jendela, selimut pd bolong bekas rokok, dan area lemari pd gosong bekas kena rokok. Lnjut ketiga, ada bnyak semut, sbntr saja naro makanan auto dikerubung semut, mana semut merah yg panas kalau kegigit. Lanjut ke 4 baru check-in trus saya mau keluar jalan eh di depan ada preman penghuni ngakunya akamsi, minta jatah uang parkir🤣, ngakak baru kali ini ada hotel mintain parkir sama orang lain, pdhal dah jelas parkir gratis, saya gk ngasih sih ogah bngt ngasih. Terus mau checkout jg minta lg, bodo amat gua gk kasih. Sesuai hrga sih oke hrus nya kalau ke 4 mslah itu teratasi, untuk skrg gk recommended sekali, btw ajak ribut aja tuh tukang parkir.

Cheap prices is not always best it is better to pay for slightly more as you’ll get clean room and feel safe comfortable
Pros:

Location was good as it’s 5min away to the mall. Good pleasant staff. However, one thing has to be noted the room over all facilities is in need of a major renovation bed is dirty towel was really dirty. I ended up leaving after 5min entering the room and decided to book to a high end hotel. The only good thing is the staff was good they were helpful and kind.

The staff was polite. Wifi exists. (though I'm not the guest checking in, only forwaring the review)

Cons:

The suite does not match photos, much smaller, no window. Bad smell everywhere.
Refund request was rejected after few minutes after check in, so just left without it.

The staff were nice and accommodating.

Cons:

The room was entirely horrible and far from the pictures shown. It was really dirty and worn out. I had to leave the room and could not stay for longer. Linens have holes on it as well.

When I arrived at 5:30am I wanted to check in and suddenly I had to pay almost double the price!!! They said that the price on booking is ‘not the right price’ well then you should adjust that and not let people book and come and then suprise them with having to pay double!!!! Very rude, i was very tired only wanted to check in in the morning but I had to look for another hotel when that was almost impossible. Definitely not recommend, booking should take this off. Scammers.
