L'emplacement est parfait pour quelques jours à begur.
L'hôtel est neuf et bien entretenu, très propre, et la rénovation a été faite avec goût et des matériaux de qualité. Les chambres sont bien insonorisées.
On tient à souligner l'accueil et la bienveillance du personnel durant notre séjour, et plus en particulier des deux réceptionnistes françaises.
Le verre de bienvenu est aussi une attention sympathique.
Néanmoins, le rapport qualité prix est un peu élevé.
Il manque quelques ajustements pour pouvoir prétendre à ce rapport qualité prix et à ce standing :
-machine à café et bouilloire dans les chambres
-pas de renouvellement des bouteilles d eau en chambre
-fontaine en libre service ou eau a disposition dans la zone piscine
Vervelende interactie bij de receptie over handdoeken (hotel manager?)

Design, backyard, people were nice.
The shower was broken and nobody came to fix it, the breakfast was not great, very little veggie options, and the coffee machine was breaking.
Room was a good size for three of us and had everything we needed. Good location in the town and was able to walk everywhere. Breakfast buffet had good selection and food was nice. Pool was quiet and relaxing. Rooftop bar was lovely and had excellent views of the town, great place to see sunset.

Ninguno de los dos recepcionistas que encontramos estaban a la altura del hotel. Desinterés total por el cliente.
Chambre très confortable, très propre et calme avec une joli vue sur le chateau. Un très bon petit déjeuné servi au bord de la piscine avec des produits de qualité.
Localização boa no centro de Begur, boa para visitar várias praias. Tudo a 10-15 minutos. O facto de dar para reservar parque de estacionamento é ótimo, visto que não se pode estacionar no centro. Staff muito simpático. Quartos com bastante espaço para arrumação. Foi nos emprestado um guarda-sol, o que foi muito simpático!
A cabeça do chuveiro de um dos quartos, estava em más condições, com muito calcário. Apesar de ter mencionado ao recepcionista, nunca chegou a ir ninguém trocar. Estivemos apenas 3 noites mas deviam verificar sempre, se estes pormenores estão em ordem.
Os nossos quartos ficavam na casa depois da piscina, com escadas e sem rampa, o que não facilita para quem tem malas grandes ou mesmo para quem tem mobilidade reduzida (que não foi o nosso caso!).
Não havia piaçaba nas casas de banho!

El hotel es excepcional, todos los detalles sumamente cuidados, el diseño, los colores, el ambiente, realmente hermoso, super cómodas las camas, habitación espaciosa y baño amplio. El desayuno muy bueno, con muchas opciones para elegir y en un lugar precioso, que tiene lugar adentro, muy lindo, y lugar afuera en un patio al lado de una pileta. Precioso absolutamente todo. En un viaje alrededor de Francia y España de 20 días, fue el mejor lugar donde nos alojamos, con una excelente relación calidad-precio. Y el manager del hotel un 10! una persona tan amable!
