Nice small hotel, very touristy location.
Pros:

Friendly staff, treats in the lobby.

Cons:

Didn't care for the very touristy location. The breakfast room was crowded and dominated by certain groups that took over the place (not the fault of the staff).

OTTIMO SOGGIORNO A LISBONA
Pros:

Hotel in ottima posizione, nella via centrale di Lisbona e vicino a tutto. Colazione molto buona. Camera un po piccola ma confortevole.

Cons:

Un po' piccola la zona reception e colazione.

Great location, comfortable rooms, wonderful hospitality, helpful staff.
Pros:

The he hotel www very comfortable and the rooms were well equipped. The only negative is they weee a bit small but the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was fine even with no bath tub. The breakfast set up was great and food delicious! Really appreciated the staff and special hospitality of port and pastries available in the lobby. A seating area would have been nice but not necessary. The cleaning staff were very helpful and so a great job too!

Cons:

Just a little small but not a big problem.

Top posizione , silenzio, pulizia . Colazione per intolleranti da migliorare

La posizione , il personale L pulizia e la stanza e la tranquillità malgrado la zona affollatissima

Cons:

La colazione . Sono celiaca e avevo avvertito della mia condizione molto tempo prima . Purtroppo al nostro arrivo non era possibile fare colazione presso l’hotel a causa della inagibilità del locale preposto . Dirottati su un hotel vicino, a parte del pane già aperto e dei corn flakes( che purtroppo nn mi piacciono) ho dovuto accontentarmi di yogurt ( non confezionato e quindi piuttosto incline ad assorbire le briciole del pane posto più in alto rispetto alla ciotola dello yogurt) e frutta. Altro non c’era.
Un ringraziamento al ragazzo responsabile delle
Colazioni che il secondo giorno si è dato da fare per trovarmi almeno le marmellate confezionate (altrimenti contenute e disponibili a tutti in 4 grossi sottovuoti con cucchiaio). Comunque frutta e yogurt buonissimi e staff disponibile e senza colpe.
Viaggiare da celiaca è un incubo🤦‍♀️

Pros:

Estadia muito boa! A localização é excelente, perfeita para explorar Lisboa a pé. O grande destaque, sem dúvida, é a equipe: extremamente simpática, atenciosa e sempre disposta a ajudar. O café da manhã é mais modesto, mas atende perfeitamente às necessidades. Recomendo!

Nada que mereça algum registro.

Pros:

The staff is so helpful in many ways from suggestions for dining to calling Bolt to confirm pickup to the airport.

Cons:

We actually stayed here twice for our trip to Lisbon. We would not have returned if we didn’t like it!

Tekrar gelsem yine burada kalırım.
Pros:

Konum şahane. Belem hariç gezilecek her yere yürüme mesafesinde. Odaların büyük olması çok büyük avantaj. Genellikle bu kadar merkezi otellerde büyük oda bulmakta zorlandığım için odanın büyük olması beni çok mutlu etti. Odada kahve makinesi olması, karşılama ikramları ve personelin güler yüzlülüğü de ayrıca güzeldi.

Cons:

Yatak birazcık gıcırdıyordu. Sorun edilecek kadar gürültülü değil ama yorumu okuyunca tamir ederler diye bunu da not düşmek istedim.

The staff was amazing from the time we got there to the time we checked out. The location is amazing and if you get a room with the balcony you'll have an amazing view!
