Pros:

O hotel superou as minhas expectativas: quarto amplo, confortável e muito limpo. Funcionários muito simpáticos e receptivos, fomos recebidos com vinho do porto e pastel de nata, tudo ótimo! O hotel está muito bem localizado, pertinho da Praça do Comércio, com muitas opções de restaurantes e transporte. Uma ótima descoberta e seguro que voltarei!

Cons:

Ficamos no quarto ao lado do depósito do hotel e, às 7h da manhã, já ouvimos barulho, mas nada que atrapalhasse a experiência.

Was told by email prior to arrival I could leave luggage for a few days and then when I went to do so was told this was not possible. Made for a very difficult trip to Porto and back.

If you’re on a budget with little luggage this is perfect for absorbing the atmosphere of beautiful Lisbon.
Pros:

The location of the hotel could not have been better. Although on a busy noisy pedestrianised street it was well soundproofed.
The staff were charming. Friendly and very helpful.

Cons:

The room I had on the first floor was very small and there were no closets or drawers to put one’s clothes. Also as itceax on a pedestrianised street you could not get to the hotel by taxi uber etc which meant dragging your luggage over uneven tiled streets.

Boutique hotel in the city center
Pros:

The location was perfect. Right in the heart of the city center. We had this amazing balcony and the staff went above and beyond.

Ótima localização e limpeza do quarto
Pros:

O hotel é na rua Augusta, bem turística com muitos restaurantes por perto. Perto do metrô tbm, com fácil acesso a outros pontos da cidade. O quarto é bem limpo, cama confortável, e a equipe é muito solícita. E ao chegar, eles te recebem com um cálice do vinho do porto com um pastel de nata.

Cons:

Não posso dizer q nao gostei, mas o quarto é relativamente pequeno. Para duas pessoas, super dá e pra mim deu super certo, mas fica pra se considerar caso goste de mais espaço. Não me incomodou de jeito nenhum.

Goed vertrekpunt voor kort verblijf in Lissabon
Pros:

goeie douche. fijn dat er een koffiezetapparaat stond. goed matras. kleuren in de kamer zijn leuk. Ook fijn geen kleine flesjes voor onder de douche maar gewoon een hele fles (beter voor het milieu)

Cons:

Het is echt alsof je in de koopgoot terecht komt. Zo verschrikkelijk veel gedoe rondom het hotel. Kamer was heel klein, met een heeeel klein balkonnetje.(iets waar ik altijd voor boek). Bed was klein maar okee. Wel was het dusdanig laag het plafond/muur dat we het bed iets verschoven hebben (veel meer dan 5 cm ruimte was er trouwens niet) zodat als we 's nachts zonder licht uit bed moesten naar de badkamer, niet ons hoofd zouden stoten. Ook altijd raar voor 2 gasten, maar 1 stoel. (maar kamer was zo klein dat er nauwelijks iets meer in paste. Grote spiegel in de badkamer wat wonderlijk om jezelf steeds op de wc te zien zitten. Ik zou de spiegel deels afplakken.

Cute room, very clean, perfect location.
Was impressed that was very quiet, never heard any niose. Nice bed. Not old and worn out. Friendly staff and easy check in even at midnight
