Pros:

I had the best experience at the hotel from the second we entered to when we left. The staff was so so nice and helpful. We got a glass of Porto and a Pastel de Nata. We got an early check in and our room was perfect, the balcony view wasn’t the best but the room was spacious and clean.

Cons:

Det var förväntat med stadsljud från gatan utanför som kan upplevas störande, men det slutatade alltid innan midnatt. Litet rum, trånga lokaler.

Very welcoming, very helpful staff - recommended tours were excellent!
Pros:

As it was our first time in Portugal, being in this central location made it easy to catch transportation

Cons:

The only thing I didn’t like was the cat like smell in the bathroom. BUT the shower was magnificent !

Everything we needed - a gem in Lisbon
Pros:

You can't beat this location, at walking distance of everything and near public transport. The hotel is super cute, with decoration inspired by Portuguese poets. The staff were extremely helpful and patient (Elisete, Rui, Tomas, Barbara, and others - you rock and have great recommendations of places to eat!). Breakfast was simple but good. We would easily stay at this hotel again, what a gem!

Pros:

The location was fabulous in the middle of downtown, you can't get a better location than this. The staff were super nice and helpful whenever needed. I enjoyed my stay to the max.

Pros:

Lo staff molto gentile e disponibile. Posizione eccellente proprio sulla via principale e pedonale. Camere nella norma con tutto il necessario. Ottimo il vino Porto e i pasteis offerti.
