Everything checks out except the stains on sheets and towels. 9/10 definitely recommend
Pros:

Incredible location, friendly staff, comfortable rooms made it a really good stay. Also offering pastel de nata and Porto de vinho at the reception was really a nice gesture.

Cons:

Sheets and towels had stains on it, so it did not felt clean.

Súper céntrico y aunque hay mucho barullo en la calle, en la habitación no se escucha nada, además tuvieron el detalle de dejarnos en la habitación una tarta por el cumple de mi pareja, fue todo una sorpresa

Pros:

Petite chambre avec tout confort en plein centre de Lisbonne. Parfait pour un city trip. C’est à peine si l’on entend le bruit de dehors ; alors que l’on est sur une des rues les plus animées de Lisbonne. Très bon petit déjeuner et personnel très gentil.

Perfekt im Zentrum
Pros:

Alle waren sehr nett und bemüht.
Habe zu meinem Geburtstag sogar eine Torte geschenkt bekommen!

Cons:

Das Hotel hat ein Problem mit dem Kanal.
Obwohl wir im 4 Stock waren stank es massiv im ganzen Zimmer. Leider konnte das Personal nichts daran ändern.

Posizione centralissima per visitare Lisbona
Pros:

Posizione eccellente, proprio nel cuore di Lisbona e a due passi da piazza del Commercio. La nostra camera era di dimensioni adeguate e molto silenziosa, nonostante l’hotel si trovi in una via sempre animata, sia di giorno che di notte. Lo staff dell’hotel sempre a disposizione, anche nel parlare italiano!

Lorena라는 직원이 체크인할 때 있었는데 참 친절하고
도움이 많이 되었어요. 룸 업그레이드도 너무 좋았고 위치, 청결상태 다 좋았어요. 모든 직원들 다 친절했어요.
