Excellent hotel, friendly staff, great location
Pros:

Hotel was in an excellent location, close to all amenities, staff very friendly, breakfast was basic, rooms clean, stayed in room at back of hotel and was very quiet

Cons:

La salle du petit déjeuner est très froide. La porte donnant sur la rue est équipée d'un groom et met beaucoup de temps à se refermer dès que quelqu'un l'ouvre.

Fabulous stay in Obidos
Pros:

Very clean and comfortable. Excellent breakfast and good dinner options in the restaurant. Staff were very courteous and helpful.

Peeling wallpaper with stains across
Poorly fitting plumbing in the shower so leaks springing out, a smell of drains in the bathroom and paper thin walls so you could even hear someone’s phone just on vibrate in the next room

Seconda volta in questa struttura e torneremo ancora
Pros:

Era la seconda volta in questa struttura, e sicuramente ci torneremo in un nuovo soggiorno a Lisbona. Il personale é stato gentilissimo, ancor più per questa seconda presenza, dato che ci hanno fatto trovare un penserino in camera. La posizione è ottima, e le stanze complete di tutto, molto carine.

Pros:

Foi a segunda vez que me hospedei no Be Poet e, assim como da primeira vez, foi tudo impecável! Toda a equipe é extremamente simpática, prestativa e competente. O quarto foi devidamente limpo todos os dias da estadia, cama confortável e não tivemos nenhum problema com o wi-fi. Super recomendo!

Não houve nenhum ponto negativo.

Recepção calorosa
Pros:

A equipe extremamente solícita desde o início. Chegamos bem antes da hora do check-in, então guardaram nossas malas para nós. Disponibilizaram na chegada e sempre que pedíamos pastelzinho de Nata e vinho do porto. Recepção calorosa, apesar de apertadinha. A localização é muito central, rua de pedestres (carro pegávamos Uber ou Bolt a 150m dali). O quarto sempre limpo e Internet funcionava muito bem, além de darem 4 cápsulas de café de cortesia para tomarmos espresso. Tivemos um problema com o cofre, que resetou antes do fim da nossa estadia, mas a recepção resolveu rapidamente e conseguimos recuperar nossos itens.

Cons:

Pela localização, não era totalmente silencioso, escutavámos barulho da rua mesmo com o isolamento. Uma das noites também não conseguimos dormir de tanto calor - a temperatura do painel não corresponde à temperatura do quarto. Nos dias seguintes, optamos por não ligar o aquecedor, que ficou mais confortável. Também teve um problema com o elevador a partir do 2 dia, então tivemos que subir e descer escada, o que não foi problema para nós que somos jovens e estávamos no 2 pavimento - e na hora de irmos embora os funcionários nos ajudaram com as malas.

Ubicación, habitación, y amabilidad del personal de recepción.
Los jefes deben de estar orgullosos de tener un super equipo en la recepción.
También las cápsulas de café,el vino oporto y los pastelitos de cortesía.
