Pros:

Our room had a stunning view of the Dolomites. The staff were incredibly kind, especially for allowing us to check into our room earlier when we arrived in the morning. They went above and beyond by preparing a takeaway package for us because we had to leave very early for our flight.

The room was clean, tidy, and featured a lovely balcony. The hotel offers excellent value for money. It was very peaceful, and we truly felt at home during our stay.

Cons:

The ski room, however, was quite outdated and could definitely use some improvement. It also seemed like the ski boot dryers were not turned on.

Lokalizacja i przystanek skibusa

Cons:

Czystość mizerna. Zapach - zaniedbania. Śniadania byle-jakie. Mimo dużego pensjonatu - brak baru. Pościel nie przystającą do dzisiejszych czasów i cen w Dolomitach. Zdjęcia - mylą.

Miglioriamo almeno la colazione
Pros:

• La location è davvero ottima, si arriva a Borest comodamente a piedi, uno dei principali punti di forza della struttura.
• La stanza è ampia e ben riscaldata, sempre alla temperatura giusta, quindi confortevole.
• Il personale è gentile.
• Buona l’idea dei piumini separati per dormire.
• Nel complesso, per il prezzo e per la posizione ci si può adattare.
• Ci sono ristoranti molto vicini, a cinque minuti a piedi, se si ha ancora energia dopo lo sci.

Cons:

• Il personale, sebbene gentile, è quasi invisibile e sembra evitare il contatto diretto, lasciando una sensazione fredda e impersonale.
• I piumini, pur separati, sono brutti, con imbottitura scarsa e poco confortevoli.
• La gestione della biancheria è discutibile: gli asciugamani non vengono cambiati quando necessario, vengono confusi tra le stanze e, in un’occasione, sono stati messi semplicemente sul termosifone dopo essere stati usati per asciugare l’acqua del pavimento.
• La colazione è il vero punto debole: uova strapazzate fritte, torte e cornetti industriali con sapore chimico, scelta molto limitata.
• Durante la colazione, gli oggetti vengono tolti dal tavolo mentre stai ancora mangiando, anche il piattino della tazza, dando una sensazione di fretta e scarsa attenzione.
• Non è possibile bere tè o caffè nel pomeriggio, e la struttura diventa deserta dopo la colazione.

Cons:

Colazione a buffet con poche alternative (torte confezionate, cornetti surgelati, buoni i salumi), letto piccolo, non c era il biglietto da appendere alla maniglia della porta per indicare di non entrare. La colazione al sacco, richiesta nei giorni di escursione, è molto scarsa (merendina e succo del discount, toast preparato il giorno prima).basterebbe che il personale fosse un po' più accorto, ma probabilmente il fatto di stare in un area altamente turistica e quindi di essere sempre pieni, non li preoccupa nel migliorarsi.
