The property need to get the Air conditioning sorted out. I was there for 5 nights and didnt sleep for 4 because of the heat.

Apartment room furnishing was incomplete:
- Kettle and ironing boards are available only upon request and are subject to availability.
- No writing table located near power points for those needing to work on a laptop.
- Only two hangers are provided for hanging clothes.
- Inventory of utensils lacks bowls.
The floors are thin and lack carpeting, which increases noise from the floors above, particularly during cleaning hours.
The Wi-Fi is adequate for basic tasks but may not support long video calls or multi-tasking effectively.
The breakfast selection is limited; there are no options for made-to-order hot food, and essential condiments like pepper and tomato ketchup for scrambled eggs are unavailable. Additionally, the toaster and sandwich maker do not consistently function. However, you get what you pay for.

The eggs were too runny.
The employees were very friendly and responsive to questions or requests. The place was not clean in different areas. The suite was totally different from pictures of the property. The pool was dirty we could not swim in it as we planned to do and the picture of the pool on the listing was totally different from the actual pool condition; there was trash on it and the floor of the pool looked like mildew or mold had built up. The supplies in the kitchen were limited to 1 fork 1 knife: we had to eat with spoons. There were three of us yet only two chairs for the table. The hair dryer burnt the first time we used it and because of the weekend it took about 2 days to get another one. The drain on the shower did not work well and water would come out onto the bathroom’s floor. The advertised breakfast was mediocre at best. Not as it was portrayed to be. I have photos I would like to submit. Because of this we decided to leave early and I was penalized for it. I feel I should be compensated with a refund instead as the property did not look nor had the amenities listed and was in poor condition. We wanted to spend time at the pool but the grout all mildewed. The pictures I have the bottom is black from it. You have to go blocks away to get anything and the park next to it had men around it all night. At 3am I went out the front of the hotel, sliding glass door open, I yelled out but no workers around and my room door was 25 feet away with a door that can easily be picked open.

Two hair dryers and a lamp in the kitchen area were defective. Even after several requests to the reception this was not repaired during our stay.
Central location in a quiet neighborhood. Clean rooms and bathrooms.
One faucet was leaking. But more importantly there appear to be no emergency exits at all. There are certainly no signs to the emergency exits and I could not discover any alternative escape routes....
