Excellent property that offers everything a traveller needs.
Clean and bright room; comfortable bedding; hot shower, and a very good breakfast, reasonably priced. Additionally, all staff were very engaging, and they are a credit to the organization.

My partner and I stay at Le Germain hotel in Ottawa every year on our way back from our yearly camping trip to cut our drive. We love the location and the size of the Signature King Room. Design and aesthetics are very important to us, so we appreciate the efforts at Le Germain Hotel(s). I have been to other locations as well and they are consistently attentive to design and service. Another thing we always pay attention to is the cleanliness of a room and sheets and this hotel leaves you worry free. The comfy pillows are also a huge plus especially after a camping trip! Needless to say, I will be coming back.
The mattress in the room we had this year was not very comfortable compared to usual. It was too soft :(

breakfast: service could be better: cold sausages and bacon returned uncooked versus very crispy as ordered. coffee was not hot and had to wait on refiles because they had to go back to kitchen on both days.
As a boutique hôtel with these prices you should do better. Unsure if we would ever repeat what was our first attempt at le germain!
Parking and valet service is a mess out front; getting in and out of parking lot is a chore with parked cars blocking the way
Our stay at Le Germain Ottawa was outstanding from beginning to end. The team provided warm, professional service and made us feel welcome throughout our visit.
Our room was elegant, spacious, and featured an incredible view. Every detail had been thoughtfully considered, and the small amenities added a special touch that enhanced the overall experience.
The hotel’s central location was another highlight, with many of Ottawa’s main attractions just a short walk away, making it easy to enjoy the city.
I would gladly recommend Le Germain to anyone looking for a refined, comfortable stay with exceptional service and thoughtful attention to detail.

Smaakvol interieur.
Housekeeping was niet constant. Minibar niet bijgevuld. Soms nachtmodus soms niet.
Great location withing walking distance to the Byward Market. Room was spacious and clean. Staff was friendly.
Only issue was their parking lot being full so we spent a bit more money on valet parking.
Mooie kamer, vriendelijk personeel.
