Superb room but uncomfortable sleep
Pros:

The staff was perfect in everything. Service impeccable. The rooms are big, clean and chic. This is a premium hotel for certain.

Cons:

The mattress was way too soft and I was sinking. I felt stiff waking up. I'm 190lb. For one night it can be ok but i'm not going back there before they change the mattresses. Everything was perfect but this was a disappointment.
No breakfast included, but there is a restaurant downstairs.

L’emplacement sentait bon
On a été bien accueillis
Tout était parfait

Cons:

Peut être juste mettre plus de serviette de douche et assurer que le savon est rempli dans la douche
Mais sinon rien :)

Two night family stay in Ottawa
Pros:

Lovely modern room. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Aidan in reception. Easy to walk into downtown and great shopping mall nearby. Also, near to many restaurants.

Moderne Zimmer, bequeme Betten, recht zentrale Lage.

Cons:

Ottawa ist nicht unbedingt einen Umweg wert, wenn es gerade auf der Strecke liegt für eine Zwischenübernachtung ok.

Not clean at all. They gave me an accessible room that I did not need and seemed to keep the better rooms for other guests. Overall, it was not worth the money at all and was a disappointing experience.

Bel hôtel et personnel courtois, mais commodités en chambre à améliorer
Pros:

L’hôtel est bien situé, propre et agréable, et le personnel s’est montré courtois et professionnel.

Cons:

Cependant, certains aspects liés aux commodités en chambre nous ont déçus pour un établissement de ce niveau. Après une journée de travail, lorsque l’on revient à la chambre pour se reposer, il est désagréable de devoir aller demander des articles de base comme des brosses à dents ou des bonnets de douche. Ce type d’articles devrait être disponible en chambre, ou du moins prévu de façon plus accessible.

Nous avons également été surpris qu’il n’y ait pas d’eau potable disponible directement dans la chambre. On nous a indiqué d’utiliser une fontaine située à l’extérieur de la chambre, ce qui ne correspond pas au niveau de confort et aux attentions attendues dans un hôtel de ce standing.

L’amélioration devrait surtout porter sur les commodités offertes directement en chambre, afin que l’expérience soit pleinement à la hauteur de la qualité de l’établissement.
