Great hotel , especially the staff and great value
Pros:

A lot is written here about Silvia. Let me say it’s all true. Silvia helped us with every request we had and answered us nicely and politely every time we had a question. Great service!
The cappuccino every morning was delicious!
The hotel is just a few minutes walk from the center of Pinzolo, a lot of restaurants/bar around, 2 mins walk to the supermarket, and 5 mins drive from the Pinzolo gondola

Cons:

The room is not spacious enough, we tried to book a bigger room but the hotel was fully booked

Good location, easy to walk to the ski gondola. There is also a ski bus stop right outside the hotel. Good breakfast and plenty of space in the room.

Struttura pulita, personale gentile. Mobilio datato ed un poco usurato. Prima colazione da migliorare. E' la prima volta che mi capita di non avere panini a disposizione, ma solo pan carrè.

Gem of a Hotel With Heart
Pros:

We had the pleasure of spending 3 nights with Sylvia in her wonderful hotel. Sylvia welcomed us on arrival and gave us lots of information on Pinzolo and the area to allow us to make plans for our 3 day visit. We were given complimentary bus passes to be used in the area which made travel easy. Also Sylvia recommended some great restaurants for suppers. The daily breakfast buffet was filling and varied with fresh produce and great coffee. We left feeling like we were members of Sylvia's family. Would stay hear again in a heartbeat.
