Io e mio marito abbiamo trascorso 4 bei giorni soggiornando all’hotel London.
Pros:

Il personale è stato gentilissimo in particolar modo la signora Michela. Posizione dell’hotel in centro con parcheggio davanti alla struttura. Pulizia oltre che in camera anche nelle aree comuni. Colazione con prodotti freschissimi e molto vari.

Hotel molto bello in stile liberty, si trova in ottima posizione con vista mare e possibilità di vedere dal balcone sia i carri di carnevale che i fuochi d'artificio che fanno a chiusura del carnevale, pulizia e colazione ottima! Staff simpatico e cordiale! Straconsigliato!

Il mio soggiorno di due giorni in questo hotel è stato caratterizzato da luci e ombre. Da un lato, non posso che confermare gli ottimi standard della struttura: la pulizia è impeccabile in ogni ambiente, la colazione è varia e di ottima qualità, e tutto il personale si è dimostrato estremamente gentile e professionale.

Tuttavia, l'esperienza è stata parzialmente rovinata da un disguido riguardante la camera. Avevo prenotato una soluzione Deluxe pagando un supplemento di 50€, attirato dalle foto che mostravano una moderna doccia (col piatto doccia),e la presenza di accappatoi e ciabatte. All'arrivo, mi è stata invece assegnata una stanza con vasca e priva di accessori. Sebbene il personale abbia rimediato subito fornendomi il set di cortesia, la questione della camera è rimasta un punto di scontro: la reception ha sostenuto che la descrizione testuale prevalesse sulle foto, nonostante queste ultime mostrassero chiaramente un bagno differente da quello ricevuto.

Dopo un confronto via mail con la struttura, ho dovuto coinvolgere l'assistenza di Booking, che mi ha infine riconosciuto un rimborso parziale ribadendo che le immagini devono rispecchiare fedelmente la realtà della stanza prenotata. È un peccato, perché la struttura merita, ma la discrepanza tra quanto pubblicizzato e quanto effettivamente offerto (problema che, leggendo altre recensioni, sembra purtroppo ricorrente) toglie valore a un soggiorno che sarebbe potuto essere perfetto. Un consiglio alla direzione: allineate le gallerie fotografiche alle reali tipologie di camera per evitare inutili discussioni con i clienti."
