What makes this hotel aside from
Pros:

The property is good, near local shops and accessible. It has a clean room both with non smoking and smoking area, and quiet perimeter so definitely good for a somebody who wanted to rest.

We were glad that we chosed to book here and spent the weekend. Very accomodating staffs.

It is at the centre of Balayan, accessible to the Mall and Transports.

It is quite far to the beaches.

Money worth it. Have to be happy. Ten years ago no hotel at all.
Pros:

Location ok. S./Market near just cross the street. Food to much to choose. Bus to Manila no problem just outside the hotel.

Cons:

The toilet spray hose not flexible.

Not very clean, bugs around the room, staff did not inform about the room service that it should be informed a day before, as a result, 2days of no room service. Bed is small for a couple.

Disappointing
Pros:

We don't include breakfast, no complimentary coffee in the room. Location is great, close to the stores and accessible to transportation. The rooms not so great and the BR.

Cons:

FD not friendly and not welcoming , the janitor was nice. Also the sign for the hotel is not visible.

Nice, clean place for a night, great, sweet staff.
Pros:

The bathroom was very pretty, the room was nice, cozy. Clean bedsheets, they gave us shampoo, conditioner, soap, toothpaste and toothbrush, slippers and towels. The bed was comfy. The TV in the room was working fine, very good AC, there were snacks in the mini bar, dining all day (good price), good WiFi. The receptionists were kind and helpful. Would recommend.

Cons:

There were mosquitoes in the room, but we got rid of them. There were some construction workers out there, very loud in the morning. It didn't bother us that much because we decided to check out early.

it is so accessible because it is near almost everything . great staff . and even if it's near the road . its not noisy.

i hope the ordering of food for room service is 24hrs.
but other than that it's really great.

Pros:

The porch or balcony is very dusty and dirty including the table and chairs. The bath tub is very high and very dangerous once you get out of the bathtub. Standing water around the bathtub, no drainage. There’s only one electrical outlet which was utilized by the small refrigerator and tv. There’s no electrical outlet to charge your cell phone or electronic gadgets inside the room. No electrical outlet in the bathroom neither. One bed has no headboard. The pictures of the room in the website is very deceiving.
