A great find in a busy city - quiet and exceptionally comfortable
Pros:

Within easy walking distance from Central Station, close to shops and restaurants/eateries. Very spacious room, incredibly quiet even though the hotel is right on Broadway. Ultra quiet air conditioning and nice soft bed.

Great location on Broadway.
Pros:

Great location walking distance from Central Station and University of Sydney and across the road from University of Technology. Large, comfortable and quiet room. Staff were great.

Cons:

The room was a bit soulless as were the corridors. The body wash in the shower was empty.

Not worth the money!
Pros:

Cons:

B-fast cost me $52 a day for one person. This is the most expensive b-fast I’ve ever received in all my overseas and domestic travel accommodation. This alone will make me never stay here again!

Terrible experiences
Pros:

There is 1.65% surcharge with Debit card or credit card, however, it was not clearly communicated when I paid at front desk. The only way to avoid surcharge is using the cash, which is pretty dodgy things. While my parents stayed, the cleaner only left the card with notes “ we missed you “ and didn’t clean the room at all for 2 days. And my parents were not even in the room or leaving any notes to stop the cleaner to clean. A lot of things have been miscommunicated, just didn’t really see the value of the price they charged and the quality of services

Good vibes good location and convenience.
Pros:

Convenient, clean. Always a choice when visit Sydney.

Cons:

Staff at check in was polite but not very friendly this time only. All other staff were friendly. The amenities were not in room as before. But when requested they are available.

Great, central location to explore Sydney from.
Pros:

The hotel was lovely. We took our toddler granddaughter away for a weekend to visit the aquarium. The location was great, very centrally located and easy to get around by bus. Breakfast and staff were great and very understanding when our granddaughter made a mess at breakfast.
