Новый отель . Очень тихо и чисто . Прекрасный персонал . Хороший завтрак . Местоположение хорошее , можно пешком дойти до основных достопримечательностей . Во дворе есть Несколько хороших кафе .

Very good experience
Pros:

The receptionists are all very friendly, the greeting card is also very nice. The room is clean and neat, with the sofa bed already made before you check in (if needed). You can ask to check in ealier if they have avaliable rooms. The breakfast buffet has a very good atmosphere and the food is very delicious. And also gave us a free bottle of wine as a gift.

The location is also very good, close to the city center and a very close walk to the train station (under five minutes).

They will provide enough quantity of stuff that you need. Again, the receptionists really nice, they provide the best services and are very thoughtful. The best hotel we have experienced in Sydney.

Overall, the room was beautiful, staff were great just not baby friendly
Pros:

I loved that there was a seperate bedroom

Cons:

There was no microwave, freezer didn’t work basically a kitchenette for what it cost
And you could here the traffic outside

Overall, for the money paid it is worth the stay.
Pros:

The room was well presented, the view was amazing and the staff incredibly friendly. The shower room is also very spacious and definitely worth the money.

Cons:

There are a few pain points like the first room being served had brown spots on the carpet and a red stain, not sure if it was blood or anything. However, after pointing it out the staff was kind enough to assign a new room. A little concerning that it was passed through room inspection though.

Another point was the second room I got not having a proper phone, that could connect to room service.

Would stay again.
Pros:

Fantastic service, great location, new and modern facilities.

Cons:

The breakfast was probably a 6/10 to me, but it’s also appropriately priced I think. Not a complaint so much as an observation.

It was wonderful!
Pros:

The breakfast was great and offered a nice variety of different types of food. The staff was wonderful and kept up with the food items on the buffet. Raphael gave exceptional service.. Also, we ate dinner at the restaurant. The service and food was very good. Regarding the location, I like that I was able to walk to restaurants and the shopping center in the area.

Cons:

At this time, I cannot think of one thing that I did not like! I appreciated the staff and the location so much.

Great weekend away and would stay again
Pros:

The breakfast and hotel location were great and could not be faulted

Cons:

The pillows need to be updated and to provide 1 soft pillow and 1 firm pillow and a better brand of hairdryer would be great

Excellent, central and excellent value for money
Pros:

The Value for money was excellent. The room was so welcoming, warm and cozy. The decor is modern and inviting. We are a family of 4 with 2 little kids and it was not crowded. The staff were excellent and parking very easy.
