Overall we were extremely happy with our stay. The room was very clean and comfortable.
Pros:

The daily breakfast was very good with lots of selections. The staff were very friendly and helpful?

Cons:

It was no big deal, but we were a bit shocked to be asked to show our passports when checking in. Do the reception staff not realise that Australians don’t carry passports when travelling in our own country? In saying that, the reception staff were very friendly and helpful.

Pros:

Die Mitarbeiterinnen an der Rezeption haben mir einen früheren check-in ermöglicht und waren äußerst hilfsbereit. Danke dafür. Auch sonst ist das Hotel sehr sauber, schön eingerichtet, die Zimmer haben eine angenehme Größe und sind ruhig. Ich kann es nur weiterempfehlen. Die Reinigung ist sehr sorgsam. Frühstück kann ich nicht beureilen, da nicht konsumiert. Die Lage ist sehr gut, da fußläufig zum Bahnhof und in Chippendale, also alles vor der Tür.
