Relax e gentilezza. Da migliorare la cura degli spazi e il servizio.
Pros:

Struttura in ottima posizione, molto comoda all’uscita della autostrada. Parcheggio grande. Stanze moderne, grandi, pulite, wifi e aria condizionata ottimamente funzionanti. Il personale è molto gentile e accogliente.

Cons:

Qualche dettaglio non curato o trascurato in particolare negli spazi comuni. Sala colazione sacrificata e buffet piuttosto misero, quantomeno nella presentazione e nel servizio. Il personale, per chi usa le camere e non il ristorante, va cercato in giro per l’hotel. Globalmente l’hotel non è all’altezza di essere definito 3 stelle superior, anche se ne ha la possibilità per le dotazioni a disposizione . Allo stato attuale è un buon due stelle. La zona è poco abitata e non è turistica e si comprendono molte delle possibili difficoltà nella gestione di una grande struttura. Perô può migliorare moltissimo con qualche risorsa in più e con la cura di pochi ma significativi dettagli.

Pros:

If you are looking for peace and quiet, at the same time- a modern and comfortable place, very easy to get to- it's a perfect location. It's in the mountains not far from the motorway which joins Parma with La Specia and all the picturesque Italian towns on the Adriatic coast. It's just 1 hour drive from the hotel to the seaside. But! Neither crowds, nor noisy parties - you just hear birds singing and the sound from a mountain river. For us, Ukrainians, it was incredibly relaxing before coming back to Kyiv. I would especially like to thank all the staff. They were so warm and friendly to us, even though we were so bad at understanding how to combine local Italian dishes))) which were exceptionally tasty. The restaurant is superb! The room is impeccably clean. If we are in Italy again, we will definitely return here.

Die Unterkunft hat all unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Sehr zu empfehlen.
Pros:

Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Sehr freundliches und engagiertes Personal. Ruhige Lage.Großer Parkplatz. Klasse Restaurant mit sehr gutem, regionalem Essen. Die Steinpilze sind sehr zu empfehlen. Nicht nur für die Durchreise empfehlenswert. Sehr schöne Umgebung.
