Pros:

Sehr schönes modernes Zimmer. Nicht weit vom Bahnhof. Wir waren aufgrund der WM in Aachen hier, welche gut mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichbar sind.

Cons:

Leider gab es keinen Kühlschrank.

Era curațenie în cameră.

Cons:

Nu am avut frigider în cameră pentru prețul achitat și categoria hotelului. La micul dejun în restaurant erau muște la alimente iar personalul era pasiv. Consider prea mare prețul pentru condițiile oferite în comparație cu alte locații.

Overbooked
Pros:

Can‘t say. Receptionist told us at arrival that the property was overbooked. We were asked if we would accept a stay in a different hotel for a reduced price instead.
The staff tried to manage but it still ended up a little bit in a mess. Not sure if I’d like to give it another shot the next time.

Sehr schöne Geschäftsreise und tolles Hotel
Pros:

Rundum wohl gefühlt, Personal freundlich, Zimmer sehr ruhig, Frühstück war sehr gut und ließ keine Wünsche offen

Eigentlich 10* - schöne 2 Tage
Pros:

Tolles modernes funktionsfähiges Zimmer, tolles Hotel, sehr nettes Personal und super Balkon. Die Dichtungen und Klimaanlage sind eine Klasse für sich, hab ich so gut in einem Hotel noch nie gesehen. All meinen Buchungswünschen wurde entsprochen. Positionierung der Aufzüge ist auch sehr durchdacht.

Cons:

Kleinigkeiten: Bett auf der Fensterseite ganz leicht durchgelegen. Leichter Defekt an der Schiene der Toilettentür. Der Badezimmermülleimer ist schwer zu finden. Die Kaffeemaschine oder der Kaffee waren nicht mein Geschmack. Ein Wasserkocher wäre super nice to have. Restaurantpreise leider zu hoch zum Testen.

Ok, mit Mängeln und wenig bis gar kein Entgegenkommen

Das Hotel ist ok.

Cons:

Wir sind erst sehr spät in die Zimmer nach einer Feier gekommen. Am nächsten Morgen haben wir in dem Zimmer 503, in dem unsere Töchter geschlafen haben, festgestellt, dass in dem Zimmer vorher geraucht wurde und über dem Rauchmelder sogar eine Socke angebracht war. Die Dame an der Rezeption meinte, es wäre Pech, wir hätten es direkt am Ankunftstag melden müssen. Ich frage mich was der Zimmerservice in diesem Hotel macht. In unserem Zimmer 505 hatten wir ein Silberfischchen.
Die Parkgebühr ist im Verhältnis auch recht hoch. Für die Nacht € 28.-.
