Pros:

Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und wir haben unsere Zimmer auch schon früher bekommen. Diese waren sehr sauber - was den ganzen Urlaub so war. Die Zimmer sind teilweise etwas eng aber das sollte kein Problem sein.
Als wirkliches positives zu benennen ist die Freundlichkeit aller Mitarbeiter, auch denen im Restaurant - immer ein Lächeln, immer ein kleiner smalltalk, hat etwas persönliches. Ist aber auf keine Fall aufdringlich.

Cons:

Die Liegen am Strand haben wir noch extra bezahlen müssen, das war im Reisepreis nicht inkludiert. Dies ist auch aus der Beschreibung bei der Buchung nicht wirklich herauszulesen gewesen. Das könnte man besser kommunizieren. Der Preis mit 15 Euro pro Tag für 2 Liegen und einem Sonnenschirm ist aber OK.
Die Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet ist nicht so reichhaltig wie bei anderen Hotels in der Umgebung. Aber es ist ausreichend, wir sind halt hier nur etwas verwöhnt worden. Eine Kaffeemaschine sorgt halt dann auch für Wartezeiten, wenn dann das Buffet schon in einem engen Eck ist, dann ist halt viel los und man hat nicht viel Platz.
Aber das soll nur als Feedback dienen, nicht als Kritik.

Pros:

Siamo stati accolti da Luigi e dal suo staff con grande cortesia e professionalità. Abbiamo scelto la formula mezza pensione e ogni giorno ci è stata proposta una ricca varietà di piatti, sempre di ottima qualità. La colazione a buffet era abbondante e ben assortita. Lo staff si è dimostrato sempre attento e disponibile nel soddisfare richieste particolari. Camere pulite con cura ogni giorno. La struttura, situata proprio di fronte al mare e a pochi passi dal centro, è in una posizione davvero ideale.

Locatia excelenta , chiar pe malul mării , foarte aproape de centrul orașului . Personalul extraordinar de amabil și respectuos, foarte atent la nevoile și cererile noastre . Curățenia în camere se face zilnic , prosoapele la fel , se schimbă în fiecare zi . Micul dejun destul de variat . Cu siguranță vom reveni
