It was very dated and scruffy and smelt very musty not just in the rooms but as soon as you walked in the building it said there was a bar but there wasn’t the rooms were very small no staff on site upon arrival or during our stay paid for parking and was taken 3 streets away to park on a drive outside a closed b&b cig dimps everywhere on the doorstep and on stairs going up to hotel

Bedding had black scuff marks on it there was only a small set of drawers no wardrobe no chair to sit &eat the mattress was uncomfortable bed base was old &tatty ripped & peeling didn't clean or change towels in 4 days was a double room burnt the room should have been a single as the bed took all the room up you had about a foot of space between wall & bed luckily I was on my own as it would have been a nightmare if 2 people were sharing the staff were friendly when around
The room was to small the bed took all the room up only had a path about a foot wide to move not enough storage for clothes just a taty old set of drawers nothing to sit on didn't clean&change towels in 4 days the bed was old & scruffy with an uncomfortable mattress
Myself and a work mate had 2 single rooms , both rooms were dirty and had bedbugs . In the toilet was an awful smell - there was a dead rat lying on the floor . I’ve contacted health and safety - hotel should be closed down .
When I told the staff , they told me to leave the hotel . Which i gladly did . Awful hotel 🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️
Great location, plenty of tea and coffee
Look, it’s Blackpool, we go in knowing what we’re getting and for a generic Blackpool B&B, it’s fine. But the room was boiling, bed was horribly uncomfortable, street light blaring through the window all night and an ill-fitting blind, bathroom had no ventilation so smelt bad, EXTREMELY loud toilet. Generally that seedy kind of grimness, and no hospitality from the owners (clearly just a faceless owner with a general team probably over a few buildings). Again, if you’re here for a gig or something and just need a bed, it’s fine. But any more than 2 days would be hellish.
