We was upgraded from this hotel to banford hotel on york street f.o.c they are both owned by the same people which seemed very dodgy.
We was upgraded to banford hotel on york street. OMG where do i start apart from AVOID AVOID AVOID! The owner which was an Indian lady who was very very rude i cannot put into words. Shes speaks to guests like they are a toddler. Tells you who you can speak to as sitting having a cigarette on the bench outside. She explained her policies to me about noise which wasn't any apart from her shouting at paying guests. I have never experience in my life! Its one up from sleeping on a park bench! She should have her licence taken away. Offers a bar which is gathering dust with not one drink available even water. The breakfast area well is all set up for nobody and the dust on the place mats plates cups etc and no food available. EHO needs informing which i will be doing.
This hotel is the worst hotel I’ve ever been to I was threatened by the owners to get kicked out with my autistic son she took the side of a drug user over mine because my son can’t sit at peace I was told to control my son or I was leaving there was peadofiles staying there and drug users the place was filthy and they should be ashamed and shut down in my opinion
Everything I want my money back she ostrisised me and my family and made us feel so u welcome she ruined my full holiday and I came home early I left the place on Saturday the 10th of July

Went to the room it had no sheets on bed had bedbugs pee on the covers a wardrobe in the middle of the room cups full of mouldy coffee stayed for 15 mins and left when told staff i coupdnt stay with my kids as it was to dirty she got really cheacky have all the pics and videos and will be taking it further also should not be able to let people stay here uts discusting

Avoid like the plague! Shower didn't work at all, wooden frame window wouldn't close.. then a member of staff let himself into my room.
When I checked in the hotel was clean and tidy the manger was helpful and respectful the hotel was kept quiet at night would recommend to stay here best hotel I've stayed in Blackpool when you ask for towels and bedding you get them the shower was warm would stay here again

Bathroom stunk of mold. Bedbugs in the mattress. Weak wifi. No offer to clean room, change towel or sheets in 8 days. Complained about smell, they never even came to check. Broken furniture.
